Completely independent and newly renovated, single-story house with its own private garden and shaded south-facing terrace within the Mas Saint Gens estate. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Private parking. Orange fiber optic Wi-Fi. 3 bedrooms with hotel-quality bedding. 1 bathroom with shower. 1 shower room with toilet. 1 separate toilet. Sleeps up to 10.

Located in the Mas Saint Gens park (more photos on our website), in the countryside near Carpentras, you'll have access to all the park's facilities: within a gated area, you'll find two swimming pools (one heated from mid-April to mid-October, weather permitting) and a paddling pool, a beach volleyball court, two pétanque courts, professional foosball, ping-pong, a basketball hoop, a large trampoline, darts, bicycles, a children's playground, barbecues, a patio with a festive atmosphere, and a lounge area. Private parking is also available.

Between the Luberon and Ventoux mountains, in the heart of Provence, near Pernes-les-Fontaines and L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, 25 minutes from Avignon and its TGV station, and only 1 hour and 10 minutes from Marseille. The A7/A9 motorway is 20 minutes away. Local amenities are just 5 minutes away. An ideal location for exploring Provence.

CHARME ET QUIETUDE

Pour une réunion familiale, nous avions réservé toutes les habitations du Mas Saint Gens. Quel plaisir ! tout est pensé pour que les enfants s'y amusent en toute liberté et sécurité dans le parc . Un vrai plus pour nous qui pouvions profiter au calme de nos retrouvailles entre adultes . Les espaces sont bien répartis et chacun pouvait y trouver un coin de quiétude ou de jeux plus sportifs. Nos hôtes étaient discrets , serviables et répondant toujours rapidement à toute communication. Vraiment une très bonne adresse !

Great Property

Very pleasant stay, all the elements gathered for a family reunion, 28 person , 4 habitations in the heart of the Provencal countryside . The garden with all the scents of Provence and pool where it is good farnienté and super paddling pool for the children ... very good memory of this stay . We'll come back in summer, sure !
