It is furnished with a new king bed, two twins, and sleeper sofa. There are two TV's, VCR, DVD and a stereo for entertainment within the condo. Tile floors which makes it cool for summer and easy clean up from the sand downstairs. Bedrooms are carpeted for a home like feel, easy on the knees. RENTS MONTHLY ONLY!! At Summerhouse we have 4 temperature regulated pools to choose from on property making it comfortable to swim all year round! There are also four tennis courts, two racquetball courts and one pickleball court. We have two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. Our common area around the pools are covered with luscious well-maintained grass with a short walk to the beach. Our rental unit has a friendly front office staff and maintenance on site to help resolve any problem quickly if they should arise. We have a small library and a gym available during normal business hours for your convenience.
