Oceanview Townhouse corner unit

Come and stay at our updated, cozy condo overlooking phase 1 pool with a view of the Atlantic ocean. The unit is equipped with a king size bed in master with a large TV and walk-in shower in bathroom, two twin size beds in guest bedroom with a large TV and comfortable setting. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower. The dining room table has seating for 6 so the whole family can enjoy mealtime together. The unit has wood flooring throughout first level and second level. Summerhouse has 4 temperature regulated pools to swim comfortably all year round. Cooling as well as heated pool temps. Four tennis courts as well as two racquetball and pickle ball courts. Two grilling areas and two playgrounds for the kids. We have a small library and a gym available in the office during office hours.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: really wanted a flat. due to none available we had to stay in 143. nice unit but stairs were dificult.
