Penthouse Good Views

This property is well located in San Jose del Cabo. The property is a bit old. It is very spacious, a few things need attention, the kitchen has some basic utensils, there was no pantry at all! Not even salt nor pepper, no sugar, etc, and when you do go to the market and buy all the things you need, there’s no pantry where to put anything. The front door is extremely difficult to open, it was an issue every time! There were no drapes in the king size bedroom, they were broken, and the sliding door to the outside balcony is also broken… we had to use the storm shutters at night, which were extremely difficult to pull, on your own, it took two of us to get the shutters close every night! The outdoor terrace has a spiral staircase, to get to the barbecue/ jacuzzi area; and is very difficult for older people or disabled people! There was a plumbing issue, and it was handled immediately by the property manager!! The girls in the front office/ property management office are very professional, extremely helpful and knowledgeable! We brought our little dog with us, we gave a One thousand US dollars for the deposit. To get our deposit back was too slow! it should have been as quick as when they took the deposit from us, that we didn’t understand at all! Overall, the apartment is spacious, it’s okay as a base, but it needs some TLC. Thank you

Beautiful penthouse in San José del Cabo

Beautiful top floor condo with friendly, attentive staff and great food. 20 minute walk to town center, 15 minutes to beach. Highly recommended.

We are so happy that you like Alegranza and had a great stay. I wonder if you took the 15min walk to the Estuary for bird watching. For your next trip plan to come betwwen November and June to go to the Art Walk every Thursday at downtown. Hopefully we can welcome you again!

Amazing Penthouse

All I can say is wow. This penthouse is the best. Corner unit with crazy views and a roof deck to die for. Jacuzzi, BBQ area, seating area allo n a roof deck thats bigger than my NYC city apartment. The area is super safe and clean. The staff will go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need, as they got me a real christmas tree and decorated it for us. The living room is inviting with comfy furniture, the kitchen is very nice with top of the line appliances and the pantry has a washer and dryer. the bedrooms and bathroom are very large and open with nice fixtures, built in closets and rain shower heads. The restaurant downstairs is quant with some great food. There is an American hospital and a great supermarket that is less than 10 min walk away. The town and beach are 10 min in the other direction so where ever you need to go is very close. And if you dont feel like walking back up the hill to Alegranza form town a cab is only $5. This penthouse is unmatched to any other condo or penthouse I have been in. The size, the views, the amenities, and how private it is made it a great week.

Great experience highly recommended

I checked this place through this website and I got pretty impressed by the pictures , so I gave a try and decided to stay in Easter with my husband I have to say that this was even better, way above my expectations. That roof top terrace, where I spent most of my time has, by far , the best views in town….you won’t like to go anywhere else!!, great dinners and resting time up there overlooking the whole bay People a the resort where really friendly and helped me feel like at home…. Kitchen was well equipped, bedding was very comfortable and the qualities on finishes and details are amazing ( I am a builder and I could tell) We decided not to rent a car so we did most of our trips walking. Unless you want to go golfing, car is not really needed..otherwise, concierge can always help you rent one and are always very helpful. Finally, the resort had all the amenities we wanted so there was not even a need to leave the resort (nice restaurant, heated saline water pools, Jacuzzis, fully equipped gym,….) WE’ll be back soon. Highly recommended!!
