We rented this property for a girls trip and it worked out great! Walkable to downtown Hayward shops, on a quiet street, and had every thing we needed! The outdoor area and pizza oven was a highlight of our trip. Beau and Bethany were extremely flexable and responsive to all communications! Will definately keep this property in mind for my next trip to Hayward!

As was true last year, our family stay created more lifelong memories. A large part of those positive memories rest in this perfect home, with its fantastic location just a block or two to downtown Hayward and a well supplied, thought out, and immaculate setting. The accessibility and pleasantness of the owner as well as having 4 1/2 bathrooms was icing on the cake.

Kitchen was well equipped. The suite bathrooms were very nice to have. The backyard was great for relaxing. Loved the proximity to downtown Hayward for shopping. Communication with the host was excellent.

This is it second time staying here and it was perfect once again. Extremely clean, and well stocked. Love how spacious it is and how close it is to down town, yet still feels so private. Beau was beyond amazing to work with. This will be our go to place each year.

Our stay couldn’t have been better! It was perfectly clean inside and the outdoor space is beautiful. We utilized the fire pit, outdoor bar, and grill which were wonderful for entertaining our big group. It is perfectly located within a very short walk to Main Street where we enjoyed the restaurants and bars. Everyone loved having their own room and bathroom and were comfortable and cozy. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience and we recommend their place to everyone!

The host of this property was truly gracious and so pleasant to work with. That’s one of the main reasons we plan to book it again next year. Clean, comfortable bedrooms, spotless bathrooms, cute yard, close to shopping and restaurants are a few of the other reasons. Just a beautiful rental.

This property was awesome: clean, spacious, modern, and full of pleasant surprises!!! The property owners could not have been better: very friendly and excellent communicators!!! We had five trucks with trailers, and five Side-by-Sides. Plenty of parking!!! Great location: we could walk to restaurants, taverns, & shops!!! I give this experience my highest recommendations!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming Hayward home. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, cozy and fun place to visit. They went above and beyond to make sue our stay was perfect- incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. You could tell they take great pride in creating an unforgettable experience for their guests.Each evening, we sat around the fire or the outdoor bar area. The swing chairs made for a fun atmosphere.We are looking forward to visiting again.

We loved this! Our group turned out to only be 5 but we each had our own bedroom and bathroom!!! It was clean and very close to lots of fun things in Hayward. We walked everywhere. Would rent it again in a heartbeat…

We loved everything about this home. Immaculately clean, very functional, well outfitted kitchen, warm, cosy, more room than needed for the 5 of us, walk to town, lots of parking, owners were more than gracious and extremely communicative and generous. I can't recommend this home enough.
