SMALL INDEPENDENT VILLA
Gîte: small independent villa with private garden, located in a small Catalan village, surrounded by vineyards, with shops, quiet and pleasant area far from the beaches of Barcarès, leucate, toreilles,
canet in Roussillon, Sainte Marie.
Nearest beach 7 km, Spain 30 min.
Private parking with electric gate.
The air-conditioned apartment consists of:
-private room with kitchen (hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster.)
flat screen tv, wifi access.
-Bedroom with double bed 140x190, cupboard with wardrobe.
-Bathroom with shower and toilet.
iron and hair dryer.
-Outdoor garden furniture, barbecue and 2 sun loungers are at your disposal.
-crib.
in options:
-Location sheets and towels 20 euros (bed made on arrival).
Final cleaning: 30 euros.
30% deposit on booking. deposit of 200 € (check not cashed) more details and photos on request.
