This 1-bed, 1.5-bath carriage house is perfect for the individual or couple looking to get out for a bit and experience the beautiful Florida sun. When you walk in, the first thing you'll notice is the cozy living room with cream-colored furniture and a large flatscreen television and DVD player. Continue and you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a breakfast bar for dining.

Tucked into the far corner, you'll find a spiral staircase that leads to the main sleeping area, expertly built into the home's loft. You'll find a large and comfortable king bed and flat screen TV. You'll also find access to the private full bathroom complete with walk-in shower.

All in all, the Hemingway Carriage House is perfect for the couple looking to explore the Florida coast who are looking to stay someplace with personality and where you can tell someone has gone through the effort of making it into a home.

Really enjoyed our stay. The spiral stair to the bedroom can be a challenge with luggage but otherwise great. Location is very close to the beach walkover. Home was clean and well kept. Would stay again.

The location of this cottage can’t be beat! Right next to the beach access I and a very short walk everything in Rosemary! The cottage is very clean and perfect for 4! We will definitely be staying there again!

The location is so perfect. Beautiful property! I noticed the way the shower head was adjusted it make water go all over the floor. I readjusted it and that helped.

Little issues that added up

Shower doesn’t drain. Blinds covering window in shower were messed up and couldn’t close - can see straight in. We had no bath towels. TV remote had no batteries - we had to buy. Instructions on where to park were unclear - had to move our car. TV news channel that we watch was blocked while the other news channels were not - that was the final straw! Not cool! We left a day early!
