 Our family home consists of three bedrooms with three queen beds (180 160 and 140), a very nice living room with TV and DVD board game available ...
A brand new kitchen with American fridge oven plate gas and dishwasher, the latter overlooks a large terrace with plancha and barbecue available.
Pleasant garden with deckchairs and spa option also possibility of bike rental.
A very nice house with all the amenities around to take the car.

Un petit havre de paix

Très bon accueil de la part de Mme Rafy. La maison était grande, coquette, confortable, propre et très bien placée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour, le quartier était paisible tout en étant à côté de tout (plages, commerces). Merci à Mme Rafy pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Danielle fue super amable.Yo no hablo francés, pero nos entendimos perfectamente. La casa tenia de todo.(La cocina con lavavajillas, lavadora,tostador,exprimidor,paelleras....y cuberteria, platos etc de sobra..... menaje de todo tipo.No le faltaba ningun detalle.).Normalmente no suele haber tantas cosas como me he encontrado aquí). La casa es muy bonita y espaciosa. Repetiremos cien por cien.

On est comme à la maison avec tout son confort . Maison bien équipée ,une superbe terrasse qui permet de manger le midi comme le soir A proximité du centre ville et du marché , tout en étant dans un quartier calme . Merci à la propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité. Nous y reviendrons certainement Madame Cordier

VACANCES GACHEES PAR L'ATTITUDE DE LA PROPRIETAIRE Jolie maison b située 14 nuitées 2 660 € +Frais

Maison jolie+bien située, superbe jardin. Bon accueil familial sauf de la part de la propriétaire principale qui nous a agressées à notre départ, arrivant en disant à peine bonjour, et qu'elle doit vérifier certaines choses car "les gens sont sales", sans même nous jeter un regard. État des lieux fait, Madame nous jette presque le chèque de caution. Qques minutes plus tard nous étions dans la rue sur le départ lorsqu'elle sort avec agressivité pour crier devant tout le voisinage qu'il y aurait apparemment une petite tache de sang sur la couette car je m'étais coupée, et que les chiens auraient dormi dans les lits; juste pour info malgré que nous ayons payé le forfait ménage de 60€, nous avons fait plusieurs heures de ménage nous-même avant le départ et les chiens ont dormi dans leurs paniers. Faire payer 200e de supplément pour des animaux oui mais accepter 3 poils... Effectivement il peut arriver que les poils des animaux volent malgré aspi et précautions...! Ce fut culotté étant donné que nous avons trouvé une maison dans laquelle le ménage était fait très sommairement (poussière au dessus des armoires, placards, sur les sommiers, poches de course avec moisi, etc). On se demande si finalement la propriétaire n'avait pas mal pris que l'on refuse de recevoir le technicien Enedis en pleines vacances. Si vous avez du travail attention il n'y a pas de wifi incluse dans ce prix.

Séjour idéal en famille

La maison est confortable et bien agencée pour une famille de 5 : proche des plages en vélo, des pistes cyclables et du centre ville de Capbreton. La propriétaire nous a même proposé des vélos en plus... Tout est conforme à la description de l'annonce et aux photos. L'extérieur est au calme, ensoleillé et parfait pour profiter des premiers rayons du soleil. A réserver sans hésiter.
