Sitting south of 30A in Rosemary Beach, Caroline Cottage is a large home sleeping 10 people with a private heated pool, elevator and excellent Gulf views from the balconies. This home is perfect for two families to share with plenty of space for relaxation and entertaining, just steps from the beach.

As you enter Caroline Cottage, you'll find the media/sitting room with wet bar, mini fridge, large sectional sofa, upholstered coffee table/ottoman, huge 52” LCD TV, stereo with CD and DVD. Some games and puzzles provided. French doors from this room open out to the private heated pool. Powder room also accesses outside shower which opens out onto pool. Perfect for clean up after a day at the beach. Convenient elevator whisks you up to all floors. Hall laundry closet has stackable washer/dryer and laundry sink. Bunk bedroom has 2 built-in bunk beds (4 twins), each with their own reading lamp. Additional features include a closet, drawers under the beds for storage, 2 chairs and a little side table with lamp plus a private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity sink. Queen bedroom has one bedside table with lamp, dresser, 2 closets and a private bath with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower.

This property requires a 7 night stay, Saturday to Saturday during spring break and summer and a 7 night minimum during shoulder season.
