Maravilla 2405 is one of Renee's very first condos in Destin. It has been remodeled often over the past several years and remains a favorite of guests looking for the perfect place to stay for their Destin vacation. This unit is pet friendly for families with dogs and comes with complimentary Beach service of 2 chairs and an umbrella in season (Mid March-October). Maravilla is consistently voted one of the top vacation resorts in Destin and with condos like Maravilla 2405, it is easy to see why.

All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Spring Break, Summer through Fall and holidays, unless last minute.

-Supplies: Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, toys, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

Maravilla Beach Resort is a popular family complex in a 33.7-acre gated community featuring 2.5 acres of private beach with beautiful sugar-sand beaches and emerald green waters. It is a great vacation destination with amenities for the entire family. It is just minutes away from some of the best restaurants ranked in Best of the Emerald Coast and only 2.5 miles from a day of golf at Regatta Bay, ranked 'Top 200 Places to Play in North America,' by Golf Digest.

Maravilla vacation rentals are on Scenic Gulf Drive between Crystal View (to the east) and Beach Retreat / Leeward Key (to the west), near shopping, outdoor concerts, deep sea fishing, boat and wave runner rentals, dolphin excursions, water parks, go-cart racing, golf and the Silver Sands outlet mall.

2405 was a beautifully appointed, clean, pet friendly condo with views second to none! We used the grills on the premises, both pools and the beach! The included beach service is so nice. Grocery stores and shopping are all nearby. Maravella is so nice the property grounds are impeccably clean-they keep it clean and updated daily for guests to enjoy. We are already planning our return visit- this was our 5th visit to Maravella and it won't be our last.

This was a a really nice condo facing the ocean with an amazing ocean view! It had all the amenities you would need for your stay, was in a great central location, and was right across the street from a private beach entrance with beach chair service. Don't hesitate to book this one!

Nice location for our family Spring break. Beautiful view. The unit is clean, appointed as described and convenient to shopping, dining and the beach. Bonus points for being dog friendly. We loved our stay at 2405 in Maravilla complex. We have stayed in Maravilla several times, but this was the first time that we had a view directly facing the ocean. And it was definitely worth it. We love that there are several restaurants within walking distance, with Kenny D's being our favorite (it's a bit of a hole in the wall, but great food and fun). Everything was clean and as expected. Would definitely recommend this condo to my friends and woud rent in the future!
