Close to Sedona a plus; clean. Only needed a microwave for a perfect stay.

Good for a short stay but, little privacy
We found that the place was decently clean but, it's true plenty of cobwebs inside the trailer. My partner and I were very uncomfortable about how the trailer next to us constantly had their window open and they could see right through the sleeping area. My partner and I decided to skip out on the patio breakfast because they always had their window. Also keep in mind there is no curtain for the patio doors.
The location was great. Nice and quiet yet close to town and hikes. I would equate this lodging to a tiny home. It was just the right size for the two of us. Yes there were cobwebs.
This was our 3rd time staying at this trailer in a quiet mobile home park.
There were a couple of difficulties with check in which has not been the case during 2 stays prior to this one. Everything was resolved promptly and the rest of our stay was great, as usual.
This is a great place to stay for the price and for the location. Love sitting in the back with the creek and surrounding foilage.
Location of this rental is Great . Just a short drive to Sedona . Great for outdoor loving people. We enjoyed every aspect of that place . Clean and welcoming. The host is always available to answer to all questions. Thank you again for being so attentive.
Yes, it's a tiny home/mobile home. So it is small, but not cramped. The weather was cold when I was there, so I didn't get a chance to use the back deck, but it had a sweet little stream right there. The trout farm is on the other side of the fence.
If you are willing to sacrifice space for tranquility, this is the place for you. The running water, view of the stars and amazing spring water from the tap made this perfect for a few days. The space is cute and rustic. Ladies might be uncomfortable not having a full length mirror and curtains on the back windows for privacy.
Was amazing place!
Some little things bother me. Like not curtains in the patio door, a truck was blocking the entrance so we have to take our belongings through the rocks.
But is very friendly owner, romantic and clean place!
I was excited at first about the tiny home, especially the deck with a little river running by it. But was very disappointed when the neighbor complained about me talking on the phone quietly to my wife outside, because she was trying to sleep. She could’ve closed it but instead had to complain to me… I’m not sure what good it is to have such beautiful scenery outside, but not being able to enjoy it.
Just a great place to stay. Having coffee in the backyard with the creek is really relaxing. I do wish the building number were closer to the road, since I drove past it a few times in the dark. Still a fantastic experience!
Perfect location, cozy place, and tranquil stream running through the back. We loved it and are looking forward to staying again.

Needs to clean the place
When we got there the front door was covered with cobwebs we proceeded to the side gate to discover it was full of cobwebs as was the patio. There was a broom on the patio and we swept the cobwebs. When we went inside the confronted with a strong moldy, mildew oder.
We left and did not stay!!!
Still enjoy staying at this quiet trailer park. Especially like the little hang out place in the back where a small stream flows.
This abode is really close to Up town Sedona where there are many shops to explore for those who like shopping.
This is the place we will stay at next trip to Sedona.
The only suggestions we would offer to Lydia is to add more cutting knives and replace the old front door mat that curls at the edges and is a safety hazard.
Give it a try.
Property was very convenient and inside cozy for 2 . onky thing needed was a small microwave.

The outdoor space was great! The property wasn’t clean though when we arrived and we waited to get in, but the host was apologetic and was able to get the property cleaned on short notice. The property was lacking in coffee supplies and paper towels, so better attention to detail would be my recommendation. A nice stay overall.
We loved our stay in this little cabin in the woods. Very still and quiet at night. Respectful neighbors. The little running stream out the back was great too. Everything worked really well. Two thumbs up!

My husband and I got tired of living in the city and moved down to Sedona to work with my family's business. We manage the adjacent trout farm and trailer park, and run a food truck as well.
What makes this property unique
This tiny home is located at the Sedona Rainbow Trout Farm, a great place for hiking and fishing. Just steps away from your door are trails through the canyon, and a spring runs through the backyard for you to enjoy. Less than 10 minutes from both Historic Uptown Sedona and Slide Rock State Park!
