Located at the east end of Vail Golf Course and right on the free bus line, five minutes from Vail Village. Entertain and enjoy with an open floor plan and 2500 s.f. on two levels. This is a true family getaway for an holiday vacation in Vail!

Perfect for two families of 4 (could sleep up to 10), our town home includes three bedrooms plus a loft and billiard room along with two full bathrooms and one-half bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed for cooking and entertaining with the family. The dining room includes a wet bar and wine fridge and opens to the spacious living room with wood burning fireplace, entertainment system, and vaulted ceilings throughout. The billiard room on the lower level is fully equipped and ready for play, and the decks off the master bedroom and living room have wonderful views of Booth Falls Valley and the Vail Valley. The free Vail bus stop, Gore Creek trail, and the Nordic Center are steps from the front door. Enjoy the legendary ski resort of Vail, ice climb at the infamous "Fang," cross country ski at the Nordic Center, or just relax and enjoy the Vail Valley.

We really enjoyed our stay in Vail. The house is very nice, clean and it was the best stocked VRBO we ever had. The owners were great, available and attentive. It is super close to the Vail bus stops so getting to and from the mountain was a breeze. We HIGHLY recommend this rental. You will not be disappointed.

Another amazing stay!

This is our third year staying at Gerrad’s beautiful condo, and we had an amazing stay. Not only did thecondo perfectly accommodate our family of 8, it was very well appointed and super clean. Gerrad is also an incredible host, providing tons of useful details for our stay, including local information and ski conditions. We always look forward to staying at this home away from home. Great Ski Trip

Unit was beautiful and clean when we arrived, and exactly as depicted in photos. Gerrad communicated very clearly on how to get in. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear which we used every day. Rental included use of the one-car garage which was great because we received 36" of snow during our 6 day stay. Resident neighbor in 2nd unit of house did a great job keeping the driveway plowed so we could get our car in and out. House was about 1/4 mile from bus stop on the way into Vail, so a bit of a hike in boots carrying skis, but it was less than half that distance from the return bus stop. Despite the house backing up to I-70, we did not hear the highway at all because the house was down below traffic level. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. -Jon

A Perfect White Christmas

My husband and our college age kids stayed here and had an unbelievably wonderful time. The house was spacious and warm and had a beautiful fireplace and view of the mountains from the huge kitchen windows and balcony. It was at the end of the neighborhood so it was such a short walking distance to the Vail free bus system at the end of the street. The house was clean and spacious and my family loved having a pool table. The neighbors were also so friendly that we met and I do not think there is anything more we could have asked for. The owner checked on us via texts and was available 24/7 with any questions we had. Would highly recommend. A five to 10 min bus ride to Vail Village Nothing was misrepresented. Completely happy with our choice.
