Whether you're coming with six people or 18, you'll enjoy a comfortable stay at Top of the Town. No other house in Lava offers six private bedrooms with queen beds, and our new queen sleeper sofas downstairs allow for even more people to get a good night's rest.

We have tons of amenities to make your experience amazing, including whole-house wifi, Netflix on two TVs, a full kitchen, barbecue and picnic area, complimentary dryer and more.

The house is just a short stroll from the heart of downtown Lava and less than a 10-minute walk from the world-famous hot pools and Portneuf River tubing starting point. You can check out all that Lava has to offer without even getting in your car.

Top of the Town is perfect for groups of all sizes. With room for as many as 18 people under one roof, this is the best place for your family reunion, girls’ weekend, book club getaway, multi-family gathering, group retreat and more.

Top of the Town features seven queen beds in six private bedrooms, plus two quality queen sleeper sofas. The upstairs has three bedrooms with queens, while the downstairs has two queen bedrooms, a double-queen bedroom, and a common area with the two sleeper sofas.

This place is well stocked, extra toilet paper under the sink, extra paper towels under the kitchen sink, lots of towels, etc. it is right on Main St, not very far out of town, but far enough that you don’t have people walking by all the time. We had 8 of us, and it was very spacious.

My wife and I have been visiting Lava Hot Springs several times a year since 2006. It has been a favorite weekend getaway for our family, and we've introduced so many others to it who now consider it a favorite of theirs, as well!

I am a Michigan native, and my wife, Monika, grew up in Utah, where we live. When we're not soaking in the hot pools, you can find us checking out live music, getting together with friends and their kids, or planning our next Carnival cruise.

We love visiting Lava Hot Springs so much we decided to buy property there and help create an amazing experience for others to love it, too. If you want to know more about the town and the things to do there, let me know!

Why they chose this property

We've stayed at Top of the Town many times with our extended family and several friends. Lava is such a great social town, and there's no better place to stay with people you like than this house! It's especially good for families with younger kids, because the kids can play in the lower level while the adults hang out on the main level.

Plus, you can walk to everything from here! We like to park the car and leave it until we're ready to go home. With this location, you can do just that.

What makes this property unique

For more than a decade we have been coming to Lava several times a year and stayed at just about every place in town. While we love staying at a lot of places when we go with just our immediate family, Top of the Town is the best place to stay when we have a good group of friends or family joining us. We're sure you'll appreciate that, too.
