I am an Idaho girl, born and raised! You can catch me working down at the local Pool, find me on an off beaten trail up in the mountains, baking and preserving in my kitchen, or having fun with my amazing little family. We live about 10 miles outside of Lava and I absolutely love hosting my rental. I want guests to have a cozy/homey feeling while being gone from their own abode, and I want to be able to answer any questions, or accommodate as well as I can for my guests.

Why they chose this property

This neighbor hood is out of town and private, but not far enough away to make it inconvenient. It is a perfect place for a person who lives in the city to experience the serene and peaceful habitat of nature right out your front door(or from a large window). No close neighbors as we all have our acreage separating us.

What makes this property unique

-Our property has no close neighbors, so it will be pleasantly private.
-Ample amounts of parking available... side by sides, toy haulers, trailers, etc.
-Two separate cabins for families that want to be together, but love the privacy of having their separate house.
-Dry camping for more than 12 guests.
-Perfect place to host youth groups where adults can stay in the cabins and children can camp out on the property.
- BEAUTIFUL VIEWS.... even from the large windows if you don't want to be in the yard.
-Possibility of catching a fish in the creek on the property.
