Great Location! Beautiful new beach block townhome just steps to Sea Isle City's sandy beaches. 5 bedrooms plus a bonus room, four full and one half bathrooms ,and southern exposure! What a great place to enjoy your summer vacation. Onsite parking for four cars and an enclosed outside shower. The first floor consists of a bonus room or second living area with a large TV. This room also has three futon couches capable of sleeping 3 to 6 children, a full bathroom and sliders with stairs to the rear yard. The second floor features four bedrooms all with TVs, two full bathrooms and a laundry room. The Master bedroom on this floor has a Queen Bed, private bathroom with a ceramic tiled shower with glass doors and sliding glass doors from your bedroom to a private deck with awesome ocean views. There are two other bedrooms with two Twin Beds in each and one bedroom with a Queen Bed that share a full bathroom in the hall. The third floor features hardwood floors, extra large living room with a fireplace, large screen TV. 16 by 14 partially covered deck with unobstructed ocean views, gas grill, dining area with seating for eight at the table. The fully equipped kitchen hosts a beautiful stainless steel appliance package, granite counters and a breakfast island with additional seating for four. This floor also has a powder room and a second master bedroom with TV, and private full bathroom with ceramic tiled shower with glass doors. Other amenities are a remote garage door opener, board games, high speed internet, beach tags and beach chairs. Book your vacation today.
