Take full advantage of the two spacious bedrooms that comfortably sleep four, and a cozy couch able to accommodate an extra guest. The condo also features two clean bathrooms and a convenient laundry room. Included in the facilities are one designated parking space and handy beach essentials like chairs and towels.

Nestled just a block away from the beach and less than a mile to town or the track, our prime location allows guests to enjoy a variety of activities within walking distance. With an array of restaurants and shopping options in the nearby Solana Beach (less than a mile away), you`ll never lack for things to do or places to explore.

Perfect Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked with the essentials. The location was perfect and only a 3 min walk to the beach. I was surprised at how quiet it was at night considering it is on a pretty busy street and dense neighborhood. The kids didn't want to leave and asked if we could stay there again.

We’ve rented in the building before but this unit was much nicer. The pictures accurately show how nice the unit is outfitted and decorated. It is very well equipped with all the amenities you may need. The location is outstanding, just a short walk to a beautiful beach!!

The place itself is nice! Loved having a washing machine, and the master bed is so comfortable and quiet. We walked to the beach, restaurants, Belly-Up and the Fairgrounds. Exactly what we had hoped for.

Wonderful location. Very comfy beds, pillows and linens. The master bedroom is at the back of the unit away from the street so very quiet. Close to some of my favorite surf spots in Southern California. I plan on staying here again. Thanks!

Best location and set up for family

The best stay we’ve had in a while. The condo is very spacious, tastefully decorated and has everything you would need for a relaxing beach vacation. The storage unit even has beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler! The gorgeous ocean ( swimmable although a bit chilly) is literally across the street. We will be back!

Amazing Del Mar stay

Great condo to stay in, walking distance from the beach. Super clean, exactly as described. Their beach set up was clutch, wagon, toys, chairs, umbrella, they had a pack n play and a high chair which made travel so much easier - would 100% stay again! Washing machine could use an upgrade- only feedback!

Why they chose this property

If you are looking to park your car and hit the beach, this condo is for you! If you are here to enjoy the horse races or events at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, this condo is for you! We have such easy access to the beach (across the street) and the fairgrounds are a short and easy walk to the front gate. Guests really get to feel they are on vacation! You can easily walk or Uber to so many restaurants/shops. Exercise is right out your door....stroll along the beach, hike Torrey Pines, cycling, yoga on the beach.

What makes this property unique

This condo is so nicely furnished and well appointed that it will give you the personal touch you can't get in a hotel. The daily view of the ocean and the nightly sunsets are really spectacular.
