A dream vacation in the sun in our luxury Villa overlooking the ocean located 10 minutes from the airport.
This location has the advantage of being in the center of the island allowing you to easily visit the North and the South.
You will greatly appreciate the calm surrounding while being close (3 minutes by car) of the Center of Caleta with its Shopping Center, its Golf, its SPA, its casino, its cinema and its restaurants.
The island is the paradise of water sports (Kite Surfing, windsurfing, canoeing, diving, fishing ...). Other activities can be offered to you such as the buggy, quad .... on the dunes.
You will enjoy all the comforts of our home;
-3 rooms equipped with a fan for your sweet nights.
-2 bathrooms (one of which is part of the parental suite). Each is equipped with a toilet.
-1 kitchen equipped with all the necessary equipment for your stay.
-The living room and the dining room are spacious and comfortable.
-1 Central patio illuminating the rooms of the house.
-All rooms (bedrooms and living room) are equipped with a flat screen TV with satellite TV.
-The WIFI is present and free.
You will also appreciate its outdoor area with its private pool is heated, its shaded terrace, deckchairs to rest and tan quietly, a playground dedicated to children, barbecue and private parking.

Great to relax

The property was very well kitted out. Spacious and clean. The pool was great for a plunge. BBQ was used a few times. Apart from the palm tree ticking my ear as I cooked it was great 😃 The manager/cleaner were very accommodating and managed to give us access a couple of hours early. Location wise it is quiet. It's a 10 minute walk to the start of the beach promenade. I like walking so no complaints from me but the teenagers used the e-scooters which can be hired via an app on the street. A car is recommended for getting about. If you have kids we would recommend the waterpark at Correlejo and the zoo which was fantastic.

Magnifique maison de vacance

Nous sommes ravis d'avoir choisi cette magnifique location pour nos vacances d' avril et nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons eu une bonne communication et une grande flexibilité de la part de la propriétaire et de Sabrina. La situation géographique du logement nous a permis de sillonner le nord et le sud de l'île facilement. La maison se situe dans une résidence très calme et proche de toutes commodités (supermarchés, restaurants,boutiques..) et de la plage. La villa est joliment décorée (à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur) on s'y sent merveilleusement bien de suite. On y trouve tout le confort souhaité pour de belles vacances. La cuisine est notamment très bien équipée (beaucoup d'ustensiles et de vaisselle). A souligner également une grande propreté de la maison. Le jardin avec la piscine sont très agréables. Le plus de la terrasse: c'est le lever de soleil le matin au réveil.

Toller Urlaub

Sehr schön gelegenes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung, mit allem was man braucht. Das Haus und auch der Pool waren sauber und gepflegt. Schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse und der nächste Strand mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Auch alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
