In the heart of the village Arcs 1950, we offer a mountain apartment, contemporary and warm currently undergoing total renovation (end of work October 2019) in a residence with 5 * hotel services: 24/24 reception - 7/7, covered parking fee, ski locker. Secure covered parking is located at the entrance of the village (fee) with direct access to the residence by elevator.
The apartment of 95m2 is composed of an entrance, three bathrooms (2 with bathtubs / WC and the other with walk-in shower / WC), a fully equipped American kitchen (lava -dishes, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine ...), overlooking the living room. The living room, very spacious and bright, has a dining area with a table that can accommodate 12 people comfortably and a living room (with a sofa bed for 2 people, armchairs ...), a bedroom-suite with a double bed 160 X 200, a second bedroom-suite with a double bed 160 X 200 and two bunk beds and a third bedroom with four bunk beds. The bedding and furniture are completely new. Two equipped terraces, one with a view of the Aiguille Rouge.
This accommodation is ideal for a family of 10 who does not wish to open the sofa bed in the living room but easily adapts to a group of 12 people (with supplement) thanks to a very spacious stay.
On arrival you will find beds made, linen (towels, bathrobes, slippers) and a grocery and maintenance home kit. End of stay cleaning is included in the rent (excluding kitchen).
