THE POOL IS PRIVATE AND ONLY FOR THE USE OF THE GUESTS IN THIS HOME WHICH IS SEABREEZE SANDS. IT IS NOT SHARED WITH ANYONE ELSE.

In the heart of Holmes Beach, this lovely three-bedroom house offers a perfect blend of sunshine, sandy beaches, and ocean views that make every trip truly amazing. Nestled just a short 8-minute drive from the stunning Coquina Beach, you'll be surrounded by the natural beauty of the Tampa Bay region, with the vibrant city of Bradenton Beach just a stone's throw away.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and all the essential appliances you need to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table or enjoy al fresco dining on the balcony, taking in the breathtaking ocean views.

Luxury home with beach view

My husband and I loved our stay. The home was beautiful and had we’ve we needed. Location was great with short walk to beach, stores and restaurants. We enjoyed the private pool as well. Would definitely return!

Wonderful 60th B'day on The Beach

The location is phenomenal! The host Nicky is amazing! The house is awesome, the heated pool came in handy with the quick cold snap we had during our stay. We enjoyed our week long stay so much we can not wait to return. If you are on the fence about this rental - just do it, you will not be disappointed!

Perfect Proximity

I reserved this location based on its proximity to the beach and the fact that the had an elevator, walk-in showers, multiple bedrooms and a pool. With aged parents all of the property details and amenities were extremely important. This couldn’t have been any more perfect and the hosts were fantastic. Should we return as a family I will definitely reserve this place again.

Lovely property in a beautiful area

We are three close friends who travel a lot together. This property and the area definitely falls in the top five of our travel experiences. It was very clean, had a well stocked kitchen which is important to us as we enjoy cooking, and close to everything we needed. The beautiful beach was just across the street and we ended our beach days with a dip in the lovely private pool. Communication with the property manager, Nicky was excellent. Nothing but positive things to share about the home, setting and experience!

Perfect location for everyone!

We had a lovely week! The living space on the third floor is spacious and was ideal for the six of us. There was a gorgeous sunset over the water, viewable from the deck each evening. Except on the evenings we did the very short walk to see it from the beach. Each bedroom has access to a private bathroom and the private pool was perfect for kids and grandparents, alike. The Publix was a very quick walk - faster than driving! There’s a lot of traffic on AMI, but the convenience of this place to everything means you don’t really need to drive!

Splendid Stay!

The first thing we noticed upon entering the home is how fresh and clean it smelled. Immaculate! Which is so important during these times. Everything else lived up to our expectations. Comfortable beds, ample linens and enough staple items to help get us through the week. There was even a special personalized welcome and surprise waiting. The location is steps from the beach and the elevator was a very important addition four our father. Terrific experience.

A tropical paradise

My family and I had a great time in Anna Maria Island. The home is exactly as picture in the photos. The home was very clean and well appointed. Views from the third floor were great, especially viewing the sunsets over the water. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was something that you may not find in many rentals. Having a private pool and steps from the white sandy beach was enjoyed every day. The location is only a few blocks away from Public's supermarket, CVS and restaurants and shops. Finally, our interaction with Nicky, the property manager, was great before, during and after our visit. She was always available.

Beautiful View, Close to Beach and grocery

Wonderful place for family vacation- 6 people in our group, all adults. Bedrooms are set up to maximize privacy. Great bathrooms with spacious showers. Kitchen has adequate cookware. Elevator to transport luggage and groceries was a plus. Very convenient location with a nice shortcut to grocery store through a small park. Beach is close too. Pool area had a lot of mosquitoes while we were there. Pool is small, 2-3 people comfortably fit. Weekend traffic noise was a little loud, but not unbearable. Host communicated well, even left a special treat for us ! The house is designed to maximize ocean views and doesn’t feel like a duplex at all. Would definitely stay again !

A week in Paradise!

My two friends and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay this week! We found this home exactly as pictured in the photos. The home was immaculately clean and well appointed! The views from the third floor were expansive especially viewing the most beautiful sunsets over the water! Having a balcony outside each bedroom and a bathroom for each bedroom was something that a traveler may not find in many rentals. Having a private heated pool and steps from the white powdery sandy beach was enjoyed everyday. Using the beach chairs and cart made our walk to the beach easy. The location of our home was ideal to many restaurants and shops. Finally, our interaction with Nicky, our property manager, was excellent before, during and after our visit! She was available by phone and email. You won’t be disappointed staying at Seabreeze Sands! We will definitely return here!

View of the Gulf

The property is a short walk across Gulf Drive. Once you renter the front door, you have the option to go to the pool patio area via glass French doors, take the stairs or the elevator. The bedrooms are all located on the second floor and the Kitchen and large family room on in the third floor. From that floor there is a balcony with good views of the gulf and sunsets. We all enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Vacation Location

We loved staying at Nicky’s house on Holmes Beach. The house was spotless and equipped with everything we needed - beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, plenty of towels and loads of condiments and supplies. It’s location is perfect: a quick walk to Publix for supplies or to the trolley. And having the beach and pool in such close proximity was ideal. The beach is perfect: gorgeous sand, warm water and so uncrowded!! We found lots of great places to eat! And the trolley made it so we didn’t have to drive at all!!!

Little slice of heaven

We absolutely loved our stay on AMI. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed and more. From day one Nicky answered all of our questions and went above and beyond both before and during our stay. We loved being steps away from the beach or just relaxing by the pool. AMI is perfect, with great food all around the island. The beaches were gorgeous. We will definitely be back.

Awesome townhouse near the beach

This property was steps from powder soft white sand! A visit to the beautful beach was made easy with the beach chairs and cart provided by the homeowner. The third level kitchen and outdoor seating area was a wonderful way to watch the spectacular sunsets over the ocean. All 3 bedrooms are on the second level. The master bedroom was spacious and the master bath had amazing water pressure! The pool area was very spacious and positioned for a lot of sunshine throughout the day. There is also a large a shaded covered area. There are 3 levels with a lot of up and down but the home has an elevator which was great for luggage and an elderly visitor. The home was very clean and the homeowner was very responsive. Wonderful place which we hope to visit again!

A dream come true!

We stayed at this property just a couple of weeks before the entire country went on lockdown. If we had known that was going to happen, I think we would’ve tried to stay much longer! The home is absolutely beautiful, impeccably clean, and so much space for the entire family. Our small dog was even welcome, and she loved the place as much as we did. We will definitely be staying here again in the future! This place was worth every penny, and it really did make our vacation dreams come true.
