Excellent space for a Tahoe weekend!
This house had everything we needed for a family meetup by the lake. There was tons of space and all the amenities were exactly what we needed. The location is superb and is close to beach access at the lake. The only thing we noticed was the faucet in the kitchen sink is very loose. The lock box code for the physical keys was also not included with the check in instructions, but those were the only things we noted about the stay that could be improved.

Excellent property!
The house is lovely and the location was perfect for us. We had 10 people stay and that worked well, we did bring an extra air mattress as we only had 2 couples The host didn’t respond to my messages, which were about early and late check in.

Need a deep cleaning, new photos and better management
Pros: Good location, good shower pressure and pleasant living room. Cons: There were 5 mugs and 4 glasses. They knew we were going to be nine people. The upstairs shower over tub did not drain properly. I removed a hand full of hair. Both upstairs beds are uncomfortable, one is literally broken in the middle. Pictures showed a much bigger refrigerator. We could not fit all our food in the one rhere. Pool poles lack the proper felt tips. No chalk available. Bear box was full, no place to put our garbage. Only one set of keys. We were three families. Game room picture shows a air hokey table which does not exist. Children were disappointed. Dishwasher was full of black mold; it appears that it was never cleaned. Fire extinguisher was empty, so useless in case of a fire. There was not a broom or dustpan available for use. A house that is rented for more than three days should have these items available for the guests. The vacuum cleaner that was there was broken. After speaking with eight different people from Vacasa, they dropped paper cups one day and a broom and a vacuum on the next. Bone of the other issues were addressed.

Vacationer beware!
We booked this property several months ago. We arrived right before a big storm and experienced a power outage the next day. We quickly realized that the house was not equipped with flashlights nor candles. We contacted Vacasa support who offered us no help at all. Just said there should be flashlight under the sink. Nope. 12+ hours later, the power was finally restored but the internet never came back on. . Upon arrival we found that there was no heat upstairs and the space heaters that were in the rooms were broken. The email indicated there were keys for the front door, the air lock door, utility closet and downstairs game room. No keys as indicated in the email related to check-in. The fireplace had not been cleaned so we had to empty it before it was usable. The house had a dishwasher but no dishwashing machine soap (even though they ask you to start it at your departure?). Only one small towel in the kitchen (for a four day stay), the pool table isn’t in the best condition and the cues had no tips, so unusable. We attempted to dig our way out early to just head home but discovered that most of the shovels were broken. The plus side, the home has been updated so the interior on the main and second floor were good. Not the best place for a winter stay. I don't know if the owners even realize that it is not equipped for their guests. We've rented other cabins in the area and each were well equipped for winter needs. We’ve used VRBO/Vacasa many times, but this was a very disappointing stay and would not stay here again.
