A large 5 bedroom 2 bath home located in a wooded setting in North Lake Tahoe. Old Tahoe style architecture. Renovated and modern bathrooms. Close to Tahoe lake, shopping, casinos, bike trails, golf, rock climbing and for winter: skiing. Located between six major ski resorts.

Convenient access to the lake, casino, bike trails, golf, river rafting, rock climbing, shopping and ski / snowboard resorts. Due to the pandemic, check if facilities / recreational areas are available.
Purchase property damage insurance coverage or opt for the $400 refundable security deposit (by request). If selecting property damage insurance coverage, we will still collect a refundable $100 deposit for incidentals. Access via key (mailed). Official photo ID required prior to check-in.

For your safety and security, there are external security cameras in the exterior of the home. Additional fees for extra guests and pets. No refund if stay is cancelled. Obtain travel insurance for cancellations (not property insurance).

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
NOT overfill the outside bear-proof green garbage receptacle. Up to the level of trash can only. Put Recycling blue bags beside cans (not inside the cans). Return Furniture to original location.
Do not burn wood/build fire in outdoor pit due to fire department ordinance. Propane gas BBQ OK-10 ft away from building structure. No charcoal BBQ. Clean/return BBQ grill to original position.
Clean and secure indoor fireplace after use. Close fireplace vent when cooled down. Return furniture to original location. Remove dryer lint. Used towels/sheets-place in front of the washer / dryer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not overfill the outside bear-proof green garbage receptacle. Up to the level of trash can only. Put recycle blue bag beside cans (not in cans).

Nice neighborhood and easy to park and get to front door. Lots of dishes, pots and pans etc.. Nice real fireplace. two downstairs bedrooms great for families with children. House decorated in 70's time capsule.
