Très bon emplacement (proche d'activités, Mont St Michel, Avranches...) Annonce mal expliquée, il y a plein de logements à coté, le parc est partagé et non clôturé. Les voitures roulent vite sur la route juste à coté... Des défaillance dans le logement (canalisation, odeur nauséabondande, volet roulant en panne, douche limite...)

Merci pour votre retour. Effectivement, nous louons d'autres gîtes sur notre terrain de 7ha dont les vacanciers peuvent profiter des parcours de promenade, de la salle de jeux (babyfoot et table de ping-pong), des maisons en bois pour enfants, d'un homeball et de deux terrains de pétanques. La route est bien à l'écart des gîtes, ce qui permet de disposer d'un cadre naturel et bucolique agréable pour tous les vacanciers. Pour les désagréments identifiés dans le gîte que nous allons traiter, sachez que nous sommes à votre disposition et joignables en tout temps pour venir régler les éventuels problèmes : il ne faut pas hésiter à nous appeler. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Comme évoqué dans d'autres avis, l'isolation phonique entre les étages n'est pas optimale mais le gîte est parfait pour un court séjour en famille. L'endroit est très bien situé et on a pu profiter de la salle de jeux et du petit ruisseau.

Manque d'insonorisation, Cabine de douche du bas pas du tout pratique(douche style gymnase), tarifs avec 15kW par jour d'électricité comprise non signalé dans l'annonce. Photos non conformes au gîte. La salle de jeu paraît être dans la continuité du gîte, mais est dans une partie différente. Terrain non clos ( on devait venir avec un chien) Gîte non isolé, donc, beaucoup de bruit à l'étage et il fait très chaud en cas de grosses chaleurs. Mis à part ça, le gîte est grand, bien agencé, bien situé, Les autres gîtes un peu près , mais malgré les nombreux groupes, calme dans l'ensemble. Je recommande. Très bon accueil

Description confirme. Maudd se on très sympa, le seul bémol serait que la maison est en bois et donc mal isoler au niveau bruit : lorsque les enfants marchent ou parlent on les entend dans les chambres du bas.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en compagnie d'une autre famille d'amis. Gîte bien équipé, propre. Bonne literie. Les jeux extérieurs et dans la salle de jeu sont un plus pour les enfants . Bon endroit pour partir à la découverte de la baie du Mont, avec de bons conseils des proprios sympas. Je recommande!

Bel endroit pour se retrouver avec des amis au vert, sous un grand soleil. Le gîte est confortable, la cuisine bien équipée, avec une très bonne litterie pour bien se reposer. Joli site avec diverses activités pour les enfants, ce qui est un plus. Nous gardons l'adresse pour un prochain séjour !

Logement rempli de mouche et de guêpe, c est insupportable. Un frigo bien trop petit pour un logement de 8personnes. C est dommage!!!

Nous sommes navrés que les mouches vous aient importunés, ce qui arrive assez rarement mais reste possible en cas de forte chaleur. Des attrapes mouches ont été fournis dans tous nos gîtes pour éviter ces désagréments qui peuvent intervenir en plein milieu de l'été, ce qui fut votre cas début août. Le réfrigérateur à disposition est d’une contenance de 120 litres, ce qui reste une capacité normale pour un groupe de 8 personnes. Dommage que ces deux points vous amené à donner une note de 1 sur 5, ce qui semble très sévère par rapport à tout le reste de la prestation fournie (qualité de la literie, propreté, cadre verdoyant...).

Gîte super dans région très sympa

Connaissant la région, j'ai voulu la montrer à mes amis. Nous avons passé de supers moments, avec de bonnes ballades, des visites touristiques superbes mais surtout un gite merveilleux en tt point vue, joli, propre, bien équipé, spacieux, tt neuf ss compter que les enfants peuvent jouer tranquillement ds le jardin. Et profiter des poneys à proximités. Le propriétaire très disponible met tout en œuvre pour que le séjour se passe bien. Avons hâte d'y retourner l'année prochaine. Merci pr votre accueil.
