This condo was very nice, the decor was beautiful. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The couple of issues we had were immediately addressed by the owner. The host was very quick to respond to questions and checked to make sure everything was going well. The beach chair rental provided was great. The kitchen had everything you needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect with incredible Gulf views from any room!! Its all up to you. If you like to just chill this spot is perfect. However, if you like all the touristy things, your are only a few minutes away. My crew had a mixture of both!! This condo is well kept and extremely clean!!

This was one of our favorite condos we’ve stayed at. It was spacious, clean, breathtaking views, comfortable seating and beds, and convenient to restaurants. The beach in front of the condo wasn’t very crowded and we loved having the beach chairs included with the price. We would definitely recommend this condo!!

Great location and views are perfect

We’ve been staying at Seachase for several years and love the location, the beautiful condo itself and of course that it is pet friendly. The property management is great to work with and always responsive.

Perfect Vacation!

The condo was beautiful! The view is breathtaking! We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect! Quiet beach right out your door, away from the crowds, but still close to all the activities and restaurants.

PERFECT Vacation Rental!!!

This condo was a dream! It was pretty, all the furniture was super comfortable, and everything was very clean. Best condo we've stayed in in a long time! We will be staying in this condo from now on!!

This property was just as described. Right on the beach and located to everything. It was very clean and the view was amazing. Our pets were so happy that they could be with us! The kitchen was stocked better than any property we have ever stayed in. The only negative thing was that there is construction going on and several parking spots are blocked off with building supplies. Additionally, balconies and walkways are very dirty. We assume that after construction is complete, these will be thoroughly cleaned.

VERY CLEAN....The condo was bigger than what I had expected and really comfy. You cant hear your neighbors so that's nice. The property manager was very nice. I would love to stay again!

GREAT WEEK

This our 3rd stay at Seachase. Kendall is always a pleasure to work with. This was our 1st year in 302E and the view was wonderful. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. We were provided with everything we needed for the week, just brought our clothes. It's so nice to have beach chair included everyday. Kendall called us the morning of our arrival date to ask about our estimated arrival. We got a nice surprise when she gave us a text saying we were able to have an early check in. When we arrived home, after our trip, I noticed a had left a picture I purchased during our stay. One text to Kendall and she had it all taken care of. She took time away from her Sunday afternoon to go over to the condo to check for me. She is sending it in the mail !!! Book your stay and sit back and relax. You will experience a great view right on the beach and and will be taken care of. We look forward to returning next year !

Totally worth it!!

Beautiful place. Everything we could’ve asked for, plus our pup tagging along. No long elevator waits or wild crowds. Fantastic views and hospitality. Absolutely recommend.

PCB 2020

We decided to visit PCB and we found the perfect place at Seachase! Gorgeous views and beautifully decorated condo! The owners thought of everything. The entire property was clean and offered the perfect location. Cant wait to return!

BEST ACCOMADATIONS IN PANAMA CITY BEACH

We love it here.It's always clean. The view is the best we've found in the area. Pet friendly but you would never know pets stay in this condo. We've been staying here 5 or 6yrs. Tried other places & always end up back here because it is so GREAT. Thanks, hope to b back next yr.

Un-obstructed view of the Gulf of America

Here are just a Few of the best things of 302E...Clean (even though I Always Clorox wipe first thing)...Wall to Wall Ceiling to Floor glass with un-obstructed view of the Crystal beach and Emerald color waves of The Gulf of America ....beautiful Beachy decorations.... Great beds...and I love the blue atmosphere lighting in the living area. This was Not our first time here...and I'm sure it will not be the last. Lisa and Kendall are awesome to work with.
