Villa Suria tiene un enclave privilegiado y unas vistas del mar maravillosas. Es muy adecuada para una gran familia o grupo. Tenía deficiencias de luces exteriores y la ducha de la piscina que pueden estar resueltas. Uns semana inolvidable!

TOTAL MISPREPRESENTATION

It was certainly not a luxury villa suitable for families as advertised. Very run down and agents Aguila Renters obviously don't check the villas they rent out. One of the glass panels on the balcony was cracked, the fridge didn't have any shelves in the door so had to take out one of the fridge shelves to make room to stand bottles up. The freezer only had one draw front out of the three draws. There was a huge piece of marble propped up against a wall in the lounge. Very dangerous for children. There was a hot tub with about 8inches of filthy mud/water in the bottom. Perfect breading ground for mosquitos. Bare wires on the outside wall by the pool. The shower in the master bedroom was tide up so could not use, obviously broken. Outside tiles on the steps all cracked or broken. The access gates were seized up when we arrived. No key for the lock on the huge outdoor metal spiral staircase leading down three floors. I would say that this villa needs a lot of maintenance. Very run down and when I asked for a discount all I was offered was 10% off any future bookings with Aguila Renters ! As if ! I certainly wont be using that company again.

Bonne location quelques choses à ameliaurer.

Bonne location, quelques petites choses : Le parasol est cassé, le barbecue n'en est pas loin de plus la table extérieur ne permet pas de manger à 12 personnes (10 maxi) c'est dommage.

Logement fonctionnel mais quelques améliorations à prévoir

J'ai été conquise par les photos présentes sur le site lors de ma réservation. Mais en arrivant sur place après avoir récupéré les clés ce fut un peu la douche froide, Des douches non fonctionnelles, façade vieillie, des transats en mauvais états, un barbecue très sal avec une bouteille de gaz vide (changé par nos soins), pied de parasol cassé avec parasol manquant (cela a été rectifié par l'agence), fil dénudé de la lumière de la piscine dans la piscine… Toute ces petites choses m'ont un peu déçu au vu du prix payé pour ce séjour… Néanmoins le lieu, la vue et la fonctionnalité du logement sont top.

El mantenimiento muy bien pero tuvimos que avisar para: agua caliente no funcional el primer día, de ardor de pelo muy malo y roto hay que poner uno menor. Las cerraduras de las puertas de entrada a la propiedad no abren fácilmente, ( ninguno de los 3 sets) hay que engrasarlas y mantenerlas. En el cuarto principal La butaca columpio en esta época hay que dejarla en la terraza (como está en las fotos de la web) se utiliza y si se deja dentro de la habitación ocupa mucho espacio

Schönes Haus mit großem Pool in toller Lage mit großartiger Aussicht und fußläufig zum Strand. Auto für Einkäufe erforderlich, drei Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit ausreichend Platz für 12 Personen. Es gibt 3 schöne große Zimmer mit Meerblick sowie 3 weitere kleinere Zimmer. Zu jedem Zimmer gibt es je ein Bad mit WC. Alle Räume sind gefliest und die Bäder sind gut ausgestattet. Die Fenster sind neu und abschließbar, alle mit Moskitonetzen. Direkt an der gut ausgestatteten Küche gibt es eine schöne Terasse mit großem Tisch, 12 Sitzgelegenheiten und großem Sonnenschirm. Die Küche selbst ist schon etwas alt mit einigen Gebrauchsspuren. Im Wohnzimmer steht Ledersofa mit Couchtisch und Fernseher und weiterem großen Esstisch mit 12 Stühlen. In allen Zimmern gibt es Klimatisierung. Der Pool ist sehr schön und mit ca. 10x5 Metern ausreichend groß. Es gibt 12 Liegen am Pool und einen kleinen Sonnenschirm. Der Außenbereich und der Garten sind leidesehr ungepflegt

The house has 5 rooms and a separate apartment where you access by the pool area. No access from inside the house. The magnificent view and the pool are the best things of the place. The air condition in all the rooms were really appreciated. The rooms and bathrooms are big. The kitchen and the fridge are big enough for a large group. In case of a big car the parking access could be difficult so better leave the car outside. The tranquility is appreciated. The beach La Baracca is easy to reach by foot. The sunrise on Portichol Island is to be seeing.

Zeer gerieflijk huis met schitterende zicht ...

Zeer gerieflijk huis met schitterende zicht op zee. Het ligt buiten de stad, dus heb je wel een auto nodig voor boodschappen enz. Er is een strand dat te voet bereikbaar is als je je kunt wegrukken van het prachtige zwembad en de mooie terrassen . Keuken zeer goed uitgerust, met ruim voldoende voor 12 personen. Er is ook echt genoeg slaapgelegenheid voor 12 (en niet op een bank in de living) Slaapkamers zeer comfortabel, 2 daarvan echt luxe kamers met fantastische zichten. Jacuzzi zeer op prijs gesteld. Alles modern en in zeer goede staat. Javea zelf is leuk en je vindt er fietsen en kanoen te huur, restarants, winkels, een visveiling, een marina, enz. Er is ook een leuke oude stadcentrum. Zeer aan te raden. Zwembed uitstekend. Wij waren in de Villa Suria met 12 persoon tussen 3 en 83 jaar oud (4 generaties) en iedereen was zeer tevreden. Van het verhuurbedrijf krijg je ruim voldoende beddengoed en handdoeken en je kunt ook een kinderbed en hogestoel huren. Zeer aan te raden!
