Casa Panorama Tre is a bright and cheerful studio apartment situated at a short distance from the shores of Lake Como. It sleeps three people. From Casa Panorama Tre you will enjoy a fascinating view of the lake and of the swimming pool. Casa Panorama Tre is 25 square meters (270 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the lake, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from Mezzegra, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the beach at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles).
Casa Panorama Tre is located on the ground floor in the main building. You will reach it from the garden going up a stairway which consists of approximately six steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Panorama Tre. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The residence was built at the end of the eighteenth century by members of the noble family Brentano-Mezzegra.  The reason for building the mansion is singular, to say the least.  Legend has it that the sons of the Count Brentano-Mezzegra, upset with their father during a family feud, erected a new building just in front of the family palace, to block the view of the lake that the Count so much enjoyed.


We don't know how much is history and how much is tale, but something is for sure: the new residence enjoys a spectacular view of the lake, while the imposing building right at its back has been "obscured", so to speak.


Throughout the following centuries the building has been used as a monastery and then as a farmhouse.  It was an old country residence still in 2001, when it has been restored and divided into nine holiday apartments.


The residence is located in the quiet village of Mezzegra in an uphill position that offers a wide and charming view of the lake, of the town of Bellagio on the opposite shore, and of the surrounding mountains.  Mezzegra is a tiny lakeside village, which has a place in history because it's here that, on April 28th 1945, Benito Mussolini was executed, or assassinated, depending on who tells the story.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 12.5 meters (40 feet) large by 5 meters (16 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of Lake Como. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.

Wellness room
At the complex you will find a wellness room with a sauna. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
Laundry room
In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).  Terrace
The terrace is 4 square meters (43 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a retractable awning. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the lake and of the swimming pool.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. Here you will find a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
