This is a charming small chalet with a wonderful view and beautiful grounds. There is access to the lake right from the yard. There is outdoor seating of various kinds. Very comfortable.

Holiday Home/Chalet in Pianello del Lario

We stayed in this beautiful and wonderfully located house for a few days in November. Found without any problems thanks to the landlord's excellent directions. The house is wonderfully furnished, nothing is missing. We were able to contact the landlord via email, also without any problems. Everything was already wonderfully prepared when we arrived. Firewood was available for the open fireplace, the heating was already switched on so that we didn't have to freeze. We would be happy to come back here in a warmer time of year.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war sauber und die obere Etage (Bad und Schlafzimmer) sehr modern. Andrea war sehr freundlich und hat uns bei Fragen immer geholfen. Es sind viele Treppen zum Haus, dafür liegt der Garten direkt am See. Die Lage ist einfach toll. Fußläufig sind auch gute Restaurants zu erreichen.Das einzige was uns gar nicht gefallen hat, sind die vielen Mücken. Wir konnten den Garten mit unseren Kleinkind leider nicht nutzen. Das Haus hat überall Mückenschutz an den Türen und Fenstern. Danke an Andrea für den schönen Urlaub.

Relaxed Getaway with Dog

Wunderschönes Chalet in verschlafenem Ort am Comer See. Wir hatten unseren Golden Retriever dabei der den Kieselstrand direkt am Haus besonders genossen hat. Alles war fußläufig entlang der Promendae am See zu erreichen (Restaurants, Supermarkt, Bar). Uns hat es an nichts gemangelt! tolles Ferienhaus, toller Gastgeber!

Super Aufenthalt!

Dank der genauen Beschreibung vorab, verlief der Check-in ohne Probleme. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage direkt am See ist super. Über das Problem mit der ausgefallenen Heizung in der letzten Nacht, können wir super hinwegsehen, da uns Andrea bestmöglich entgegen gekommen ist 👍

Super Lage mit kleinen Abstrichen

Sehr schönes Chalet am See Der Parkplatz liegt relativ ungünstig in einer gefährlichen Kurve und der Zugang zum Chalet ist steil, dafür hat man eine Traumsicht und tollen Seezugang. Unsere Vormieter haben leider viel Dreck hinterlassen, das Geschirr war schmutzig und der Grill nicht geputzt. Schade, dass so was sein muss

Kleinod sehr sauber und super Lage

Kommunikation mit Vermieter sehr freundlich und unterstützend Haus ist zu Fuß sehr steil zugänglich, aber mit eigenem Grundstück am See Ausstattung gut Leider kein Grenzzaun zum einen Nachbargrundstück (wegen des Hundes … könnte sonst frei laufen) Tipp: Zusätzliche Stromadapter für Italien mitnehmen Routerempfang (WLAN) verbessert sich „dramatisch“ bei Platzierung auf Küchenschrank 😎

Tolle Lage, nette Vermieter

Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Lage ist Top! Nur ein Fußweg trennt das Grundstück vom See. Die Einrichtung ist funktionell, für zwei Erwachsene + Hund ok. Leider ist das Grundstück zu den Nachbarn nicht eingezäunt, wir hatten den Hund somit immer an der Leine auch im Garten. In der direkten Nachbarschaft gibt es einen Hahn der auch Nachts um 2:00 Uhr kräht. War nicht so toll für uns. Dennoch ein süßes Haus in toller Lage.

Alles perfekt!!!

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter und unserem Hund dort und haben jeden Tag sehr genossen! Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft schön! Wir wurden morgens von der Sonne geweckt und konnten direkt die Aussicht auf den See genießen! Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird! Auch der Garten bot neben dem herrlichen Blick auf den See alles, was wir uns gewünscht haben (Gartenmöbel-liegen, Grill, Sonnenschirm…) Man ist „für sich“ und kann zwischendurch direkt im See schwimmen gehen! Ein entspanntes und ruhiges Örtchen, das u.a. einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein paar gute Restaurants bietet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war zudem sehr vorbildlich! Bei Fragen/Anliegen hat er sich umgehend gekümmert und uns innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Rückmeldung gegeben! Wir kommen sicher wieder! Absolute Empfehlung!

Idyllischer Rückzugsort für Erholung

Ideal für eine kleine Auszeit zu zweit am See mit direktem Seezugang und einem kleinem Garten zum Entspannen und schönem Ausblick vom Balkon! Die Einrichtung ist optimal, es mangelt an nichts und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Dem Lario so nah

Was könnte unsere Begeisterung besser ausdrücken als: Wir haben gleich für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht. Überzeugend die direkte Lage des Rusticos am wenig frequentierten Strand, der abgeschirmte immer irgendwo sonnige Garten, der Balkon mit besonderem Fernblick. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, nichts fehlt. Toll das sonnige Schlafzimmer. Zu zweit hatten wir prima Platz. Man parkt bequem oben an der recht wenig befahrenen Straße. Vermieter Andrea ist jederzeit erreichbar, wenn es Fragen geben sollte. Die Vielfalt der möglichen Unternehmungen, ob zu Fuß, mit Rad, Auto oder Schiff ist enorm. Fazit: Ein feiner Ort für alle, die mal vom Stress des Alltags wegkommen möchten.

Ein für uns perfekter Urlaub

Wir sind heute von unserem einwöchigen Urlaub zurückgekommen, wir müssen sagen, es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir sind jetzt nicht die Erlebnisurlauber, sondern suchen mehr die Ruhe und Erholung. Das Häuschen bietet alles was man braucht, und auch nicht braucht😊, ich meine da die Küche, den Weber-Grill etc. , die haben wir nicht genutzt, wir sind täglich essen gegangen. Das Häuschen ist komplett ausgestattet, es war eine Flasche Sekt zur Begrüßung, zwei Flaschen Wasser dazu etc., es gäbe einiges mehr aufzulisten. Zum Essen gehen gibts einige Möglichkeiten, die zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Uns hat es das Laguna Beach Restaurant angetan, Terrasse direkt am See und nur ca. 300m Fußweg am Strand entlang entfernt. Der Platz im Garten ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, genau so, wie es auf den Fotos aussieht. Toller Blick auf den See, ins Grüne, einfach schön. Für Erlebnisorientierte gibts auch vieles, das haben wir aber wenig genutzt. Problemlos war aber z. B. der Motorbootverleih Blue Easy Rent, die Abwicklung und der Preis völlig in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation mit Andrea, dem Vermieter, einfach perfekt, immer zu erreichen und mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Für uns, wir waren zwei Erwachsene und ein Hündchen ein toller Urlaub. Nicht ausgeschlossen dass wir noch einmal kommen

Idylle am See

Wunderschön gelegenes Häuschen mit direktem Zugang zum See. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Internet funktioniert übrigens entgegen früheren Bewertungen prima. Nur Nachbars Hahn, der ab morgens halb 6 kräht, muss man bereit sein in Kauf zu nehmen.
