About the host
Hosted by James Bonny
I love being a VRBO host because it brings together so many things I’m passionate about. I’ve always loved to travel and spend meaningful time with my family, and hosting allows me to help others create those same kinds of experiences. I enjoy home improvement and take pride in creating a space that feels comfortable, inviting, and a little bit special. Most of all, I love knowing that the homes I host can be the setting for those unique, memorable moments—where families slow down, connect, and truly savor their time together in a place that feels just right.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood in Sevierville because it offers the perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. It’s close enough to all the attractions, dining, and activities the Smoky Mountains area is known for, so guests can easily enjoy everything the region has to offer. At the same time, it’s tucked away from the main roads, providing a peaceful, secluded atmosphere where you can truly relax and unwind. Another big reason I selected this location is that it’s not overly steep or difficult to access, making it comfortable and stress-free for guests year-round. To me, it’s the ideal setting to enjoy both adventure and quiet moments in the mountains.
