Built in 2019 on a plot of 750m², our independent house of 97m² is located in GENETS on the edge of the Bay of Mont Saint Michel, 5 minutes walk from the strikes and the GR 223. Genêts is the departure point for the crossings to the Mont Saint Michel.
Our comfortable single storey cottage can accommodate a maximum of 7 people.
It is composed of a fully equipped fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, large capacity fridge, freezer).
A living room with table and chairs for 7 people.
A living room with a 3-seater sofa and a 2-seater sofa + A trundle bed (1 90cm bed + 90cm drawer bed) + TV.
A bedroom with a 160cm bed and a dressing room.
A bathroom with 2 sinks and furniture + Italian shower.

COVID: Thorough cleaning after each departure: Mattress protector changed. Bedding, sofa, cushion cleaned with steam, cleaning of handles, remote control and switches with detergent and ventilation of the house after each vacationer.

100 meters from our cottage, a communal playground for children has been set up.
You can admire the bay with its colors like no other as well as Mont Saint Michel and Tombelaine, but also let yourself be tempted, accompanied by a guide, for a crossing with discovery of the bay.
A former fishing village on foot, Genêts is a picturesque village in which to relax. You will find a nearby grocery store (where you can rent bicycles), several restaurants which each have their own charm and culinary specialty, a bakery, a hairdresser and other craftsmen.
Depending on the tides, shore fishing to collect shells or go fishing for shrimp will have no more secrets for you.
Other discoveries: Flight over the bay in a microlight, visit of the Chausey islands, Saint Malo, the landing beaches, Jardin Christian Dior, Le scriptorial Avranches.
Possibility of cleaning fee €70 and linen rental: Sheets and towels €15 per person for the duration of the stay.
