This bright apartment is on the first floor of a listed building that has been fitted with an
elevator, just minutes from Piazza Navona, the Pantheon or Campo de’ Fiori. Literally
steps from the majestic Sant’Agostino church, it of Caravaggio fame, and the equally
stunning Sant’Apollinare church, this accommodation lies in a quiet alley close to
anything you might need for your Roman stay, from bakeries to grocery stores, from
street markets to post offices, bistros, restaurants and cafes, while some of the city’s best
museums are right around the corner from your location. This one-bedroom apartment can
sleep up to four people thanks to a comfortable sofa bed in the dining/living room and,
as with the other properties we manage in the same building, it features lovely contrasting
elements. The original coffered ceilings and select pieces of antique furniture, such as the
pictured mirror/cupboard or the original entrance door, are direct reminders of the
incredible history of this place and its surrounding area, when artists chose Via dei
Pianellari for their workshops. At the same time, this accommodation has many modern
amenities: a fully equipped kitchenette with all the basics, from fridge and freezer to a
microwave oven, from a stove to a Nespresso coffee machine, from a kettle to a toaster
oven… and cutlery and crockery, obviously. A washing machine and a TV (Italian
channels only) are also available. The only bathroom has a shower, it renovated on 2022. A free Wifi connection is offered to all guests. A/C is provided
through portable window conditioners.
