Oceanfront Retreat! Wake up to the sounds of the ocean, and enjoy the spectacular panoramic view. The large bay window, in the dinning area, allows you to sip your morning drink, and gaze at the coastal scenery. The west facing windows bring in the warm sun, and provide a bright room.
Rest and relax! The home provides two bedrooms with king beds, and completed with all the linens and pillows. There are two bathrooms, one with a tub. We provide soaps and shampoo. The living room has plenty of room to stretch out, and enjoy your evening entertainment. Provided on the patio, is outdoor furniture, a fire pit, a barbecue, and an umbrella.
Back into the home, you will find the kitchen fully stocked, down to the spices. There are a few different ways to make your coffee or tea, and we provide a coffee grinder for your favorite coffee beans.
Here to visit the Redwoods? You will be six miles from the Jedediah Smith State Park located in Del Norte County. A must- see is the Grove of Titans. An easier hike would be the Stout Memorial Grove Trail. The wild waters of the Smith River wind through the park.
Enjoy yourself, and experience the beauty of this amazing area!

This is an unbeatable property!! Everything about this home is beyond expectations. The view from the front of the home is unbelievable! Home is very clean, with everything you need in kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. Location is excellent kick off point to the different Redwood parks. Plus unique scenic byways everywhere you go. We have ranked this spot in our top 5 rentals ever. If you get an opportunity to stay here…Do it! I’m already wanting to go back, and we just left this morning!!

Our family with elementary school aged kids really enjoyed this house and location. Easily accessible beach for playing with driftwood, tidepools, and sand. Beautiful sunsets. Great proximity to redwoods. Everything was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. One window in each bedroom had drapes that let in the light - so if you are sensitive to light for sleeping or you have kids that will not go to sleep if there is light, be aware.

Great stay! The house is just as advertised. The house is ocean front and has a spectacular sunset view. We were two couples. The house has one on-suite bedroom with a king size bed. The other bedroom has a king size bed with the bathroom just outside the bedroom. The beds are very comfortable! The kitchen is stocked with a generous supply of dishes, etc. It is very clean with lots of seating in different areas of the house. The front patio chairs are very comfortable. It was a perfect stay!

This is our 4th or 5th time at this property. It is perfect for my mom who has limited mobility and a short walk to beach access. There are several fun destinations a short drive away and we saw about 15 elk this trip.

We had a nice week, seeing the ocean from the windows and being able to walk the beach was nice. And being only 20 minutes from Redwood forest was great! The house met all our needs and was very clean, thank you!

Wonderful house with an incredible view!

This property was well described. Very well equipped with everything we needed. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Should we visit Redwood National Park again we will definitely stay here.

Great centrally located place for Redwoods and exploring tide pools. Walked across road and down the steps to beach to explore tide pools and a short drive to Redwoods. The house had everything we needed for our stay.
