This 85m2 accommodation includes a spacious and bright living room overlooking a private garden where you can take your meals.

The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with a dishwasher, electric hob, a large oven, a microwave and a fridge-freezer.
The two bedrooms each include a double bed (140cm X 190cm) with wardrobe. The beds include 1 duvet for 2 people and 2 pillows per room. Sheets are provided (duvet covers, fitted sheets, pillowcases).

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double sink (towels provided).

The apartment has a private parking space.

A small shopping center including, among other things, a Carrefour City, a pharmacy, a bakery, a butcher, a florist, a tobacco shop located 5 mins walk.

Ideally located at the gates of the Love Coast to visit the region (La Baule, Guérande, la Brière, the salt marshes. ’’).
