Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets and beautiful Gulf of Mexico, just steps from the house to the beach boardwalk! A short stroll down the beach and you are upon Caledesi Island, renowned as one of the top 10 beaches in the world! Fine restaurants and shopping are nearby. What a great place to stay for our week at Clearwater. The location was amazing. Close to the beach and downtown(if you want). Pool was very clean and refreshing on hot days. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Family Vacation

Great private oasis away from the crowd but yet close enough to walk to the action. We so enjoyed the back porch/ pool area. The house had everything we needed. More perfect family memories made. Thanks Kirby we had a wonderful 10 days.

Great Family Vacation Spot

The location is perfect - walking distance to town but quiet at night and less than a minute to the beach. We found everything to be in working order, clean and ready to go for us. Communication with the owner/manager Kirby was excellent throughout the process and having all the beach and pool toys right there to use was huge - used all of it at one time or another and the beach carts make it easy to get back and forth. I'm sure we will be back.

So comfortable

It was cold and windy so we spent most of our time inside or chasing the sun in the numerous and comfy outdoor spaces. Perfect for people who like to spread out for reading or gather for chatting. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Loved the luscious green backyard. Owner was a delight to communicate with. We will be back.

Absolutely wonderful!

I wish I could give 10 stars to this wonderful house and the our host, Kirby! We felt so welcome and relaxed everyday. The location is perfect, close to everything but secluded. The pool was great and the beach was our favorite daily activity. Kirby was so responsive and helpful, I truly can’t say enough! We will definitely be back. :)

I can’t say enough about how accommodating Kirby was for our group. House was beautifully decorated and clean. Pool and outside sitting areas were very nice. Tons of things for the beach which is literally right across the street. Close to downtown and restaurants. . Parking for cars. But the best was knowing we had a owner that was there if we needed special attention Thank you Kirby. I recommend this rental to everyone! Bettie

Clearwater North Beach Perfection

Thank you so much Kirby for letting us enjoy your wonderful property located in North Beach Clearwater Beach Florida (AGAIN).. Property is exactly as listed. Guests will enjoy a very lush tropical setting in the backyard (pool area) during the day and relish the evening sunsets just steps away on the beach. The house has an old key west feel with wooden floors throughout and a very spacious main level living area. I enjoyed the old Florida vibe of the property and having the ability to travel by bike to downtown Clearwater Beach makes this property a must visit. If you are looking for a property located in the residential area of North Beach, I would highly recommend it. Thanks again to Kirby and Family for another stellar visit.

This is a beautiful property and excellent for families. The beach entrance is just across the street…so convenient! The pool on site is clean and well maintained and the host provides a beach wagon, beach toys, beach umbrellas, beach towels…and, on and on! There is a washer and dryer on site. The upstairs wraparound balcony is lovely and you can see the sunset from the balcony. The home is tastefully decorated. The host is beyond helpful, kind, and always available to answer questions and address any issues. The timely communication from the host was excellent and the host even checked in with us to inquire about our stay. Located in a neighborhood…it is a great place to stay and have peace and quiet. Several restaurants are nearby and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium is less than 10 minutes from the property. The property has lush landscaping and the pool provides wonderful privacy. A real gem in Clearwater Beach!

The house is in a great location-easy to walk to town, steps away from the beach. There was plenty of space for us to be comfortable. The upper deck is a little spot of serenity. We found everything we needed to make our meals. As many people mentioned, the back yard is a lovely oasis of quiet and privacy. The back deck and pool area is large enough for everyone to find a spot. Everything we needed for pool fun and beach activities was there on the deck and in the garage. A very enjoyable stay

Rented this unit at the last minute. Very nice place. Large sitting area, the bedrooms were a nice size and the location was great(close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. I loved the upstairs balcony. We would definitely rent this unit again

Perfect beach location

Very fun trip to Clearwater Beach. House is perfectly located across from beach access. Nice pool in back yard. Garage full of beach gear. House needs a bit of an update on beds/mattresses. It was still really a nice house for a family beach week.
