The sea view and breathtaking pool
The Aparté will welcome you in a park of 7 Hectares tropical and secure.
Offering a real sea view and swimming pool 180 ° from the terrace, you can see La Pointe des Chateaux, Petit Terre, Marie Galante, Les Saintes and Basse Terre.
The apart is located on the second floor (at the time of the hotel, this studio was the bridal suite of the complex).
The residence is equipped with 2 private swimming pools with carbets and deckchairs, a sea view infinity of 1200 m² (the largest in Guadeloupe) and a shallow for children or idleness.
It is also bordered by a white sand beach with Coconut palms, umbrellas and carbets.
A restaurant within the residence allows you to have breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as bread and pastries.
There is also a bowling alley, a tennis court and a mini golf (boules, rackets and tennis balls, club can be made available for free by the owners).
The complex is secured by a guard, private parking reserved for residents.
Nearby (about 5 kms) marina, international golf, casino, airfield, pier, diving, nautical base, various supermarkets.
