Zonder de geweldige assistentie van InmoRiquelme agency zou mijn verblijf in duigen zijn gevallen!
In eerste instantie voor 2 maanden een heel ánder appartement gehuurd. Zeer teleurgesteld; het ontbreken van duidelijke informatie verwarrende omschrijvingen van betreffend appartement door Homeaway. 1) het ontbreken van wi-fi, 2) aanwezigheid van alléén Spaanse tv zenders én 3) het feit dat er (in de winter) slechts een paar uur per dag zon op het balkon was, waren voor mij onaangename verrassingen! Omdat ik dit appartement voor 2 maanden gehuurd had, heb ik na 10 dagen contact opgenomen met het agentschap InmoRiquelme, de makelaar die verantwoordelijk is voor de plaatselijke verhuur. Toen ik hem vroeg of hij misschien een ánder appartement had, waar deze drie - voor mij belangrijke - dingen wél aanwezig waren, zei hij onmiddellijk ja. Diezelfde dag nog kon ik over naar een ánder appartement, dat zowel wifi, en kabel tv, en praktisch de hele dag zon op het terras had! Dezelfde kosten, en dezelfde voorwaarden. Alhoewel Homeaway adverteert dat dít appartement een 'Penthouse' is , is dit beslist niet juist; de flat bevindt zich gewoon op de bovenste (12e) etage van het gebouwencomplex, van een 'penthouse' is geen sprake. Alle lof echter voor InmoRiquelme; ook enkele door mij opgegeven kleine gebreken, werden direct verholpen, soms nog op dezelfde dag!

Schmutzige Wohnung --- schade
Als erstes mussten wir Putzmittel und Putzlappen kaufen gehen. Denn die Küche haben wir einem sehr unsauberen, ekligen Zustand vorgefunden. Das komplette Geschirr war noch verschmutzt, sowie das Spülbecken war noch unsauber, die Töpfe, das Besteck...alles was wir benutzen wollten mussten wir zuerst spülen /sauber machen. Der Boden wurde lediglich gefegt aber nicht aufgewischt. Der Duschvorhang war im unteren Bereich der ganze länge mit schwarzem Schimmel durchzogen, die Waschmaschine hatte im Pulverfach grünen Schimmelbefall. Unter der Spüle war eine Schüssel in der die benutzten und dreckigen Putzlappen gelegen waren, die nicht nur einen ekligen Anblick gaben sondern auch unangenehm gerochen haben. Wir sind am nächsten Tag gleich wieder zu der Agentur gefahren um den Zustand der Wohnung zu beschreiben und haben die 2 Zusatzdecken für die Betten zurückgebracht. Denn auch die waren ungewaschen und haben irgendwelche undefinierbare Schmutzstellen aufgezeigt das sehr ekelhaft war. Der Mann hat sich wohl entschuldigt und uns zwei neue Decken mitgegeben aber seinen Urlaub möchte man nicht mit Putzen beginnen und schon garnicht solch unmögliche Schimmelstellen haben. Sonst ist die Wohnung mit dem großen Balkon und ihrem tollen Meerblick hervorragend. Aber was nützt das alles wenn alles unsauber ist und man sich erstaml ekeln muss! Schade drum. Wäre die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich und die Mängel behoben, würde ich diese jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Denn sie ist hell und geräumig, man kann alles gut erreichen, hat eine sehr gute Lage. Das Haus als solches ist auch sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ruhiges Umfeld.

Perfect Location
A well equipped apartment in a very well maintained high rise block. The balcony size was excellent, and the seating and loungers on it of good quality. The location in Calpe worked well for us. The bed could have been a little bigger, and one change of linen would have been useful, as having to wash, dry, and air the linen after our first week, in one day, was difficult.
