APARTMENT IN FIRST LINE OF THE BEACH
Apartment located on the seafront of the Levante beach in Calpe with beautiful views of the sea and Peñón de Ifach. It has a closed area with a solarium garden, two swimming pools for adults and one for children.
It has capacity for 2/4 people, and has a bedroom with a 1.50 m double bed; bathroom; dining room with double sofa bed; kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, mixer, etc .; furnished terrace with frontal view of the sea, garden, swimming pools, promenade, beach and Peñón de Ifach.
It has air conditioning.
Equipped with bedding, towels, television with satellite dish, WIFI, iron and complete kitchenware.
The apartment has been completely renovated recently.
The building has a reception and concierge service. Located on the promenade of the Levante beach or the Fossa de Calpe, next to the Peñón de Ifach and close to the fishing and sports port. The area has restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, hairdressers, and all kinds of leisure services.
