Tropic Winds 2002 includes free beach service (3/15 to 10/31), as well. There is easy electronic key-code access, and a great West Panama City Beach location. There are no hotels on either side of Tropic Winds, no bumper to bumper traffic, and you are only 2 miles from the fabulous Pier Park.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel kitchen appliances, blender, toaster, toaster oven, and microwave. Cookware, pots and pans and dishes are included as well. You can decide to eat out or enjoy a home cooked meal. The dining area seats six with additional seating at the breakfast counter.
From the living room, you'll quickly notice the balcony access with endless views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room includes comfortable sofa-sleeper, two arm chairs (for relaxation and taking in the views), and a large, wall-mounted, flat screen TV.
The 10x28 balcony is breath-taking and offers plenty of space for an outdoor living area! There's room for everyone. Not only does it include the beautiful gulf views, enjoy the comfortable furnishings and the option to dine outdoors! Un-wind, enjoy the gulf breeze, take in the majestic views, spot the dolphins, enjoy your favorite refreshments and snacks, dine to a sunset meal, and nod off to a peaceful nap on this highly desirable balcony.
The master bedroom includes king size bed, a separate balcony access, and private master bathroom. A flat screen tv and dvd player are provided for your viewing pleasure. Sleep to the sound of the waves!
The guest bedroom includes king size bed, separate guest bathroom access, flat screen tv and dvd player.
This condo includes a separate laundry room with FULL SIZE washer & dryer.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The primary vehicle is provided a parking pass at check-in. Each additional vehicle will require a $40 parking pass.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 4 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.
