This luxury vacation condo checks all the boxes for a fabulous beach vacation! What more could you ask for? A beautiful beach-front condo that includes 20+ miles of coastline views from the balcony. Tropic Winds 2002 includes free beach service (3/15 to 10/31), as well. There is easy electronic key-code access, and a great West Panama City Beach location. There are no hotels on either side of Tropic Winds, no bumper to bumper traffic, and you are only 2 miles from the fabulous Pier Park.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel kitchen appliances, blender, toaster, toaster oven, and microwave. Cookware, pots and pans and dishes are included as well. You can decide to eat out or enjoy a home cooked meal. The dining area seats six with additional seating at the breakfast counter.

From the living room, you'll quickly notice the balcony access with endless views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room includes comfortable sofa-sleeper, two arm chairs (for relaxation and taking in the views), and a large, wall-mounted, flat screen TV.

The 10x28 balcony is breath-taking and offers plenty of space for an outdoor living area! There's room for everyone. Not only does it include the beautiful gulf views, enjoy the comfortable furnishings and the option to dine outdoors! Un-wind, enjoy the gulf breeze, take in the majestic views, spot the dolphins, enjoy your favorite refreshments and snacks, dine to a sunset meal, and nod off to a peaceful nap on this highly desirable balcony.

The master bedroom includes king size bed, a separate balcony access, and private master bathroom. A flat screen tv and dvd player are provided for your viewing pleasure. Sleep to the sound of the waves!

The guest bedroom includes king size bed, separate guest bathroom access, flat screen tv and dvd player.

This condo includes a separate laundry room with FULL SIZE washer & dryer.

Free Wi-Fi is provided for all your devices.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The primary vehicle is provided a parking pass at check-in. Each additional vehicle will require a $40 parking pass.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 4 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.

Tropic Winds is in a great location, close to so much, but yet far enough away to avoid traffic. Building is well kept, our rooms were immaculate, and Esther was the nicest and most helpful person, made us feel right at home. Vacation couldn't have been better! Definitely will be back and recommend.

Great place to stay!

Everything exceeded our expectations! Esther was very accommodating. The room was definitely “up-scale”. View from balcony was fantastic. Appreciated having our own parking spot, although the ramp was a challenge for a large pickup truck. We were used to taller toilets, so was difficult for my wife to get up from without a grab bar, as she recently had a hip replaced. Very enjoyable vacation!

Beautiful, relaxing, rejuvenating

We visited at the tail end of Tropical Storm Alberto, but walking in to our apartment was like our own paradise, even with gloomy weather. The ambiance of the condo is serene and classy. Decor is beautiful and the amenities are aplenty. The kitchen is stocked with appliances and beautiful dishes. Laundry and dishwasher on site is a huge bonus! So nice to go home without needing to do all our laundry! Beach is right out the door, nice beach chairs available, not crowded as many resorts can be. Small workout area if desired. Pool and hot tub areas, along with sauna. Within walking distance from some good food and within driving distance from the popular Pier Park and St. Andrew's, which we frequented multiple times. Esther is a wonderful manager and so easy to work with. She gets to know you prior to your stay and made sure we were safe and having a good time. We were lovingly referring to her as "Aunt Esther" even before we met her! We appreciate her attention to detail and helpfulness throughout the planning stages and our vacation. We will be back!

The deck furniture is worn to the end and uncomfortable. And bar stools? The amount of "glass" everything needs an upgrade and removed. No decent cable. Low sink for midgets. Tubs are old fashioned. Only 2 chairs to sit at beach? No close restaurants to walk. And the parking garage is a nightmare. The worst...VRBO GETS THEIR CUT FOR NOTHING. Won't be back unless VRBO gives refunds.

AH-Mazing Property

Can't say enough good about this unit, it is impeccably decorated and spotless (thanks to Esther for the cleanliness). The owner didn't leave anything to be desired. On the 20th floor, and with windows the width of the livingroom and the master bedroom overlooking the gulf of Mexico, what more could one ask for? Oh, and the balcony is incredible, spanning the width of the unit (28 feet, I think) and 10 feet deep, hosting a dining table, two loungers and two chairs, was something that kept drawing me outside. I could go further, to let you know that the mattress was so comfy that I check to see what it was so that I could buy one - you'll sleep well : ) Last but definitely not least, I have to brag on Esther! Her attention to detail for her clients leaves you knowing that you are being taken care of. She popped in to introduce herself, and made sure that all was well for us. She provided a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dish soap and dishwasher soap, liquid soap for each bathroom, and a few other cleaning supplies...and her friendliness! Note, be sure to bring your own beach towels. We will definitely be booking with her again, and recommending her to all our family and friends. I've gained a new friend - looking forward to the next visit, Esther, and a chat over a glass of wine : )

Girl’s Weekend Getaway

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely had the best Labor Day long weekend!!! The condo at Tropic Winds was absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Love our mornings on the large balcony with great relaxing furniture!! The only downsides to this complex is the swimming pool & parking garage! The pool is very tiny! Thankfully we spent most of our time on the beach but if you or your kids like a nice swimming pool this is not the place for you! The parking garage is below the units and very narrow & hard to navigate. What helped us is that our unit also had a parking space across the street in a lot. The other issue we had was the description of this until stated beach service was included with the unit but the chairs were all taken when we arrived. In my 10+ years staying in PCB have never had this happen. Sadly the Manager I spoke with argued with me & was very condescending on the phone. He did manage to rectify the situation & set up a set of the chairs himself on the beach thru the service. Overall we had a great stay in this unit! Very clean & well appointed!!!

Birthday Trip

I came to this Condo because of the description. when I first got there the view was amazing the balcony was huge and it had a of seating on the balcony. I went to use the bathroom (I know TMI) there was no water in the toilet and the bathroom toilet had boo boo stuck to the bottom of the toilet basin. I called the property manager because I had not even used the bathroom yet. The property manager offered to come and clean but at this point I just cleaned myself. That evening I went to get in the bed and there were long strains of hair in the bed. I have braids and this was my first night in the room, so it certainly was not mine. I went to the kitchen to get some water and the there were some moldy cups in the cabinet. After all of this I did let the property manager know and he thanked me for keeping him in the loop. Also, the balcony furniture had taken a beating. The chairs on the balcony had cushion material coming out of them and the leather seats at the table on the balcony are weathered and they had better days. Other than that the location was great. The beach service was amazing and a highlight to my trip. The hot tub was a nice size. The pool is a little dated and no heated. Thank you, Riley, for being so professional.
