398 Clareon is in the residential community of Seacrest with miles of jogging and bike trails along Highway 30A. This area is quiet and relaxing but close to restaurants, shopping, and Alys, Rosemary and Seaside beaches.

Perfect for two families, the home has two primary bedroom suites downstairs, and an extravagant bunk room for kids and adults upstairs, with plush mattresses (three full-size and four twin-size). The open living, dining, and kitchen area provides a lot of space for entertainment.

Great stay at the property! Very comfortable and management was very responsive. The pool toys were not stored but left in a mess/ pile outside the back gate. Otherwise, nice property and would recommend!

This was the perfect property for our stay. We wanted a pool in the back yard for our infant because we knew we weren’t going to be at the beach all day. It’s a little bit of a walk to the beach but not too bad. The only difficulty we had was getting into the house. The keypad is on the door in the backyard. Overall this property was great. I would stay here again.

We had an amazing time in this house!! The space and accommodations were great. We cooked a lot and We loved availability of all the kitchen tools! The heated pool was a hit for our kids. Didn’t want to leave!!

I’d choose your back up option
First it started with me calling the rental property to get info on where to rent a golf cart, etc. to find out they don’t allow golf carts in our are (Panama city beach) so we paid the extra fees to ensure we flew into Panama to be close to where we were staying. Only to find out when we arrived golf carts were allowed and it was smack dab in the middle of the two airports. When we arrived at 9pm the day of check in, every door was unlocked to the property. Along with the power not working upstairs. Once we fixed the issue, the lights were flickering, this was in the kids bathroom, which of course terrified the children, leading them to sleep with us every night. The bathrooms weren’t clean. There was a wet rag in the middle of the shower, mirrors were dirty and there was a dead cockroach on the floor. Following by the cleaning lady knocking on the door right at 10:00 (check out time). To spend that much money and not even have a grace to get out of the house with 4 kids & the house not being rented the day after -they reached out letting us know we could have a discounted rate which is how we knew it wasn’t rented the next day. All in all the property is great, it’s the property management that is absolutely terrible.
