We had a great view of the pool just as pictured. The beach was beautiful and it was a little bit of a walk to the water but the owners had a wagon and beach chairs for us to borrow. Saw some dolphins. Beautiful sunsets. Also was nice we had some of the paper products included.

This stay was wonderful. Location and Marco in general are a perfect getaway for a couple. Prime spot with easy access to the beach. Yes, it’s a walk to actually get to the ocean, but you’re directly on the beach access point. So worth it! Condo pool, and amenities were wonderful. Communication and check-in/out processes were extremely easy. We loved our stay and the daily sunset views were amazing!!!!

Family Friendly resort community, great restaurants near by just be aware of the extended walk down the beach to the water's edge. The condo was clean and everything needed for a day at the beach was provided; chairs, cooler, wagon and beach toys!

Fabulous Florida Fun

This was our first time to Marco Island and we will definitely return. The condo was perfect for our two teenagers, husband and me. We enjoyed playing pickleball and shuffleboard in the mornings, lounging by the pool in the afternoons and walking the beach looking for seashells in the evenings. The beach has a rustic beauty with is nature preserve, lagoon and rolling waves. The condo was clean, spacious and stayed cool. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook meals. Melissa made check-in super easy and was quick to respond to all our questions. It was an amazing family vacation.

Great Ocean Resort

Great condo on the beach. Beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bathrooms were comfortable size with lots of counter space. The condo had plenty of supplies to take to the beach. The beach and grounds of the condo complex were perfect for a week. Very close to restaurants, ice cream stands and the grocery store. Would highly recommend this property to families. The building was very quiet and welcoming to guests. Close to Everglades National Park and also mini-golf.

Marco is great

Nice 2nd floor property is good shape. Property manager is excellent and available. Good view of pool and easy access to beach. Pool is nice and fairly big. The only negative for us was even though beach access was close, the beach is so wide, it can be a hike to actually reach the gulf water.
