Between Venice and the beach, quiet, sunny apartment surrounded by greenery
A charming apartment renovated in 2018, located on the second and last floor of a Belle Epoque villa surrounded by gardens, in Venice, on the peaceful and green island of Lido - 3 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes walk from the Palazzo del Cinema and only 10 min by vaporetto from St. Mark's Square. Quiet and bright, it can accommodate 4 people. It consists of a large bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) + a living / dining room + a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob , coffee maker, toaster ...) + a bathroom with walk-in shower. On the mezzanine: a double bed (160 cm) in alcove, an office attic area and a small bathroom with toilet.
