Welcome to a newly remodeled condo in the heart of downtown Missoula. This modern urban retreat offers comfort, natural light, and scenic views, making it a great choice for guests who want convenient access to the city while enjoying a well-appointed space.
The Space
This condo features upscale modern finishes and a clean, contemporary design. Vaulted ceilings enhance the open feel, while floor-to-ceiling windows bring in abundant natural light. Motorized blackout shades provide comfort and privacy, along with views of the city, the Clark Fork River, and Lolo Peak.
The open-concept living area provides a comfortable place to relax, featuring modern seating and a large flat-screen TV. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, with modern appliances and ample counter space, making the condo suitable for both short and extended stays.
The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and a custom en suite bathroom with a walk-in tile shower, double sinks, and a towel warmer. French doors open to a faux balcony, creating a comfortable breezeway during Montana’s warmer months. New blinds are installed throughout the unit.
The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with modern décor and French doors leading to a second faux balcony, allowing fresh air and natural light from both rooms.
The condo is also equipped with brand-new stainless steel LG appliances, a 75-inch LG LED flat-screen TV, wireless internet, and an Echo Dot for added convenience.
