The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms with queen beds, one shared bathroom, a living room with a smart TV, dining room for 6 and a very well equipped kitchen.

The basement is very bright with 2 more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full/double bed. There’s a second living area with a large sectional, and another dining area for 4. The basement bedrooms have large window wells. There’s a second shared full bathroom in the basement as well.

There is a washer and dryer in the basement.

You have access to the entire property excluding the garage.

Good location to get around town. The yard was a little wild and overgrown. Great water pressure for showers, kitchen had everything we needed. The air conditioning was delightful as the days were near 100 degrees F.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Front porch was a relaxing way to start the day as we planned our daily activities. Kitchen was stocked for any cooking needs, with a grill in the back yard. Lots of space to stretch out inside. There is a play area to keep young kids entertained. I would definitely stay here again.

Our son attends U of M and asked us to come visit for Memorial Day weekend. The house was perfect for the weekend. Everything was as expected from the listing. We had several of his friends over and there were plenty of dishes & glasses. Everything is there to cook a meal. We will stay here again if it’s available when we visit from Bozeman. Over 300 a night is expensive for us, but we live in Bozeman and everything is expensive there as well. Compared to other rentals and hotels, this price seems fair. I am just always surprised how much everything has gone up over the past 5-6 years!

Family vacation

The house had everything we needed and was near a park and bakery (delicious). We had three kids under 4 and there were plenty of toys for them to entertain themselves. Our host was super responsive and friendly.
