Our home is located in a central beach area with convenient access to the beach, dining, and local attractions, but we do want to note that we cannot control activity in the neighborhood or the behavior of individuals in public areas outside of the property. Additionally, the property’s location means there may be occasional ambient city sounds, including nearby airplane activity, which is outside of our control. We appreciate you sharing your experience so future guests can make the best choice for their preferences. Had you reached out to us during your stay, we would have immediately sent our cleaning team to address these concerns. Regarding the outdoor space, we would have been happy to provide an outdoor umbrella for the table as we didn't realize it was missing. While the outdoor shower does not have a floor or full structure, it’s typically a simple rinse-off area, but we’ll take your feedback into consideration. Thank you for bringing the other items to our attention, maintenance has already addressed them. As for the neighborhood, we understand your concern, but unfortunately, we cannot control isolated events like that. We’ll be sure to remind future guests to stay aware of their surroundings, especially when out and about. Again, we apologize for the inconveniences, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention.
