Family vacation/ my daughter's birthday

We loved the space n the upstairs room for the kids also the balcony. You can hear the waves from the beach at night. The location was perfect for everything we were their for! I would like to add the downstairs rest room needed a little more cleaning but we always clean before we come in with the kids. The queen size bed was a bit on the small side for me and my husband. A few things need to be updated and the slide door to the balcony doesn't lock you have to use a stick in the back of it the bedroom door doesn't lock either. All in all we had a great time!!

Everything was clean, plenty of room, close to the beach, the cleaning person was very nice , everything was just good no bad experience with this condo

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy

Do not stay here. Dirty, beat up, lousy service. Vacasa is a SCAM.

This was one of the worst condos I have ever stayed in. The group before me trashed the place so mirrors were broken, light fixtures hanging by bare wires, the floors, cabinets, door handles, etc. were very dirty. The sheets and furniture were stained and need to be replaced. Neighbors are obnoxious. I called the police twice to file noise and safety complaints. Paid for parking via Vacasa (the actual management company) as instructed and they didn't pay the HOA, so my car almost got towed. It's pretty obvious this place is being cash cowed out. DO not stay here. I had to leave 4 days early because I did not feel safe staying here any longer. They ruined my vacation. I demanded part of my money back and they are just ignoring me. If you value your safety and money avoid this place like the plague.

Nice condo ! Very beautiful view to the ocean and only a short walk to the beach. There were several things that were broken when we arrived and I text the property manager to let him know and he never responded back to me . That is really my only complaint other than that a very nice condo for myself and family . Had a great time.
