This place is a gorgeous little beach condo. Location is right across street from beach entrance and steps away from pool. Seems like a very nice, quiet, safe retirement community surrounding condo.

Best Family Vaca EVER

This condo is adorable and the perfect size for a family of 4. Unit was clean and stylish. Kitchen was fully stocked, so we went grocery shopping and cooked in for several meals. The pool is nice and clean too. Awesome rental experience! Beach is an easy and quick walk across the street.

Overall the unit was clean. Liked the updated appliances although was surprised there was no icemaker only ice trays. Our stay was plesant and would rent this unit again.

Treasure off the beaten path

The condo was exactly as we'd expected and very clean. Having codes for the entrance to the condo and pool was also incredibly helpful. The few times I needed to contact management they were professional, pleasant and prompt. The appliances looked brand new (VERY CLEAN)!! The only thing I would change is perhaps the little area rugs. They were matted down and looked pretty dated. Other than that, I would highly recommend this property. We were in town for softball nationals. The rest of the team was about 20 minutes away, but the rated they paid were astronomical. If we do come back to PCB for 2025 I'm hopeful the property will be available for us again.
