This second-floor unit at Top of the Gulf condo complex is perfect for a romantic getaway for a couple or a family vacation with small children. Also it’s a great place to stay for some quality solo trip!
This studio unit has a king-sized bed and a futon that can be converted into a twin bed.

The kitchen has essential appliances including a refrigerator, a microwave, a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, and a coffee maker. It is stocked with basic necessary kitchenware you need for cooking.

The unit has a 50-inch smart tv. Streaming services are not provided but you can use your account information. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.

Each floor of the building has a common balcony area overlooking the pool and the beach where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent views and feel the ocean breeze.

Game room is located on the 6th floor and the gym on the 3rd floor for a quick sweat session. There is also Internet lounge on the ground floor.

There are no washer/dryer in the unit but there are coin-operated washers and dryers on floors 2,4,6 and 8).

The outdoor area has a pool and a kiddie pool, along with poolside lounge chairs and tables. There is also a shuffleboard court and cornhole boards for some fun family time. Grills are provided poolside for you to grill delicious meals. The on-site Snack Shack offers some quick bites, snacks and drinks. There is also a sun deck where you can take in the ocean breeze and breathtaking view of sunset to the sound of the waves.

Top of the Gulf is conveniently located from various dining, entertainment, shopping and many other activities such as signature golf courses, St. Andrews State Park, deep-sea fishing, a water park, miniature golf, Pier Park, and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for.

Included with your stay:

-A fitted sheet, a top sheet and a lightweight comforter (You may want to bring extra comforters/blankets if needed.)
-Some extra sheets and blankets
-4 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 4 wash clothes
-Two rolls of toilet paper and one rolls of paper towel
-Dishwasher detergent
-Kitchen garbage bags
-No beach towels are provided so please be sure to bring your own.
-No daily housekeeping service is provided and some of the essential supplies can be purchased at the office if needed.

Condo Unit/HOA rules:

-The access code for the unit's lockbox will be provided to you on the morning of check-in. Please make sure to leave the key in the lockbox before your checkout.

-Upon arrival, please go to the office on the 1st floor to register and get a parking pass. There is a resort fee of $30 due at the registration and only cash is accepted. The pass is good for 30 days so needs to be renewed every 30 days for $30.

-There will be armbands on the counter in the unit. Armbands must be worn on the property for the entire stay by each guest. Please make sure to leave the armbands before your checkout.

-No smoking/vaping is allowed in the unit and there are designated areas in the complex.

-No visitors are allowed.

-Only one vehicle is allowed on the premises per unit.

-No pets are allowed.
