The Ski School (both adults and kids) is located next door at the Village at Breckenridge. So convenient! The daycare is also close by located in the Beaver Run Resort.

HOUSEKEEPING: Professional cleaning before check in. There is no daily housekeeping but if there is anything you need (maintenance, emergencies, etc) the management company we use will provide those services to you and are available 24/7. A midweek clean is required every 7 days if staying over 7 days at a charge of $84 so please take this into the price consideration as it will be added once booked. If staying less than 7 days and want a midweek clean it is available for $84. Please let us know ahead of time.

All guests will receive a Guest Welcome Book link with information about the condo, town and mountains. We have also partnered with several local companies for discounts.

Cancellations/Refunds:
No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the full amount for the reserved stay. All requests for cancellations and changes to reservations must be made in writing. Travel Insurance will protect you so please consider purchasing. We recommend iTravelInsured.

LOOKING FOR MORE SPACE?
This condo is located next door to the 1 bedroom Trails End #408 we also own. It is perfect for families or friends that want to travel together but may want separate accommodations. They are both located at the end of the hall and very private away from the general traffic. Each unit is a perfect size for a couple or small family.

SEASONAL UPDATES: (Dates subject to change)
Peak 9 usually closes Quick Silver Lift mid April. After this date we will not be a ski in/out property however the remainder of the ski season Peak 6/7/8 usually remain open and will be accessible via free local bus or gondola. Quick Silver lift will reopen the week of Thanksgiving (dates subject to ski conditions).

TX Spring Break Skiing

Our stay was perfect! You can’t beat the location of this condo. Peak 9 QuickSilver lift is right out your back door. Main Street is an easy walk around the corner. The size of the condo was perfect for our family of 3 adults. We will definitely be back!

The location of this unit in terms of easy access to the Quick Silver lift and walk to town make it a standout. Furnishings, warm gas fireplace, kitchen/bath decor are on par with expectations for a ski condo rental. The only design flaw is the size of the bedroom is on the small side requiring careful maneuvering around the bed. The on-site ski storage and indoor hot tub were welcome amenities.

Outstanding location

This location is excellent, around 50 yards to the Quicksilver lift. At the end of the day, you ski right off the mountain and up to the back door of the building. Couldn't be any easier. Easy walk to downtown. There were two of us, but perfect for four as well. One bedroom, one pull out couch in the living room. Very clean condo. Patio to enjoy a cocktail. Great communication with the owner. This was a five start week and we'll be back next year. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Poor management

The condo is as described. Recently updated and comfortable. I had a bad interface with management. I asked for a late checkout, explaining that I would like to drop ONE of the keys and fobs off before we went skiing and then drop the other off after we skied. I explained that we would be moved out of the condo, but that we would like access to be able to park / ski until noon (only 2 hours later than checkout and 4 hours prior to the next check in). The manager was very patronizing and would not allow this small accommodation. I will be back to Breck, but will not consider this building or Ski Village Resorts Managed properties again.

Lovely Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It's perfect for couples young or retired. Cozy and warm with a nice fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The City Market is close by to pick up groceries and had a wide variety of foods. Main Street is easily walking accessible for shopping, bakeries, restaurants etc. We would definitely return in the future.

Perfect Ski In/Ski Out Condo

Perfect Ski In/Ski Out Condo. Literally steps away from Quicksilver Lift on Peak 9. Peak 9 has a bunch of greens/blues so it was a good morning hill to start out on before working your way over to peak 8 - peak 6. Easy to get around the hill - just follow the signs. The room was perfect for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4 but once you get all your luggage + winter gear it does get kind of crowded - but we made it work. Due to COVID do book restaurants in advance and for the pool/hot tub from the upper village also make reservations right away when the slot opens as they book up super fast. Everything is walkable from the condo. Tanya (Owner) + PMI were super easy to work with. Will definitely come back.

Fantastic Stay

My wife and I had a fantastic stay in this unit. Updated, clean and walking distance to both the town and the mountain. The ski runs and Quick Silver chairlift were directly behind the unit....in the summer it was perfect access for hiking but I'm sure in the winter it would be extremely convenient. Convenient Location

Very clean with all that we needed for a quick vacation. If you usually sleep with a fan, you will want to bring one along with you-although with the cool nights/mornings, if you leave the sliding doors open, the unit stayed nice and cool.

We have 4 condos in beautiful Breckenridge, we've lived abroad in both New Zealand and Latvia and love to travel. Some of the best memories we've had are through these experiences which is why we love to come to Breckenridge. We love the outdoors and all the seasons Colorado has to offer. We are happy to share our knowledge of the town and answer any questions you may have to make your stay with us the best it can be.

Why they chose this property

There's a saying in Texas, 'I wasn't born here but I got here as fast as I could.' Well, we feel the same way about Colorado. We would find ourselves coming back to Colorado year after year and Breckenridge always seemed to top our list. It has a little bit of everything one looks for in a mountain destination. Historical charm, great mountains and views, amazing restaurants and shopping, tons of activities for not only adults but kids too. Not to mention easier accessibility from both Denver and Colorado Springs, with less major passes to overcome than with Vail. It was the logical choice for us to choose a place where we could create family memories during the four beautiful seasons Breckenridge has to offer and we are delighted to be able to share our mountain hideaways with you too.
