This 3/2 home is located in a great community and just minutes away from downtown Ft. Pierce via a scenic coastal drive that overlooks Hutchinson Island. We also offer a free heated pool from December through the end of April at no additional cost. You and your guests will enjoy the fully furnished covered & screened Lanai. The beautifully surrounded enclosure has plenty of tropical trees and flowers offering plenty of relaxation and privacy. it’s the perfect place to relax and gather with friends & family. Come and experience our relaxing vacation home.

We thought of all the necessities to provide you with the comforts of home and added some extra things to enjoy your vacation.

Fully equipped kitchen stocked with some complimentary coffee, sugar, spices & snacks for guests upon arrival. High chair & pack-n-play available for infants

The house was available earlier than anticipated and the host was kind enough to allow us entry. This was greatly appreciated as we traveled over 1000 miles with pets.
We took advantage of the available outings. There are countless beaches to choose from, we visited Jetty Park
We shopped at the local fresh seafood and farmers market for meals.

property was excellent for what we needed. We visited family who live in the area. Our kids loved the pool. We loved the layout and space. Only area to improve would be on cleanliness - property could use a deep clean to remove spider webs outside and cabinets inside. We are not picky and still had a great time.

Lovely home for a family gathering

The property was just as shown in the photos and was perfect for our family getting together. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Plenty of furniture inside and out to gather and talk, dine, etc. Bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and communication was seamless. I would definitely stay here again.

This home had everything we needed. We loved the pool area and the kitchen and the large dining table. Clean and comfortable beds and very, very helpful hosts! Well located, and the numerous small, thoughtful touches of coffee, snacks, and laundry detergent put it over the top. It's very close to the downtown area and several beaches but it's also located in a nice neighborhood that's quiet and extra private yard. Great stay!

Wonderful escape!

This home was exactly as described. We spent over a week in this home. Spacious and clean kitchen, quiet residential area and Maggie was beyond helpful. We evacuated the west coast after Hurricane Ian and Maggie was such a gracious and accommodating host.

Great for small family reunion

The property was great for small family holiday reunion and to hold Christmas privately the only downside was the heater on the pool was broken so the pool was at 69. The boys kind of worked it a little bit but the ladies wouldn't touch it but it was clean and the arcade stuff in the garage it was workable but it didn't have any power and battery compartments was unusable.

We offer a Free Heated Pool during the winter months! November through the end of May. NO CHARGE. The exterior also includes an enclosure which is great for late-night lounging outside and swimming while keeping the night crawlers away.
