Very nice and quiet bungalow with swimming pool.

The apartment is located in a small complex of 7 apartments with a communal pool surrounded by a garden. It consists of a lounge with study table, library. Two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds fully equipped with fitted wardrobes and has bedding. A bathroom with shower 1.90, furniture with sink and water, has towels. Fully equipped kitchen with appliances (ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave), Solana for washing with washing machine. Outdoor porch with garden. It also has air conditioning, television, satellite dish security alarm and wifi.

Lovely bungalow in small complex

Communications with the owner prior to arrival was excellent, a neighbour was available to hand over the keys and show us arround the bungalow. The photographs are a good representation of the property, modern, clean and plenty of utensils for your stay. The beds were comfortable and the wi-fi excellent. There is a pool around 20 meters away, very clean with only a few other guests using it in the 4 weeks we were there. The pool is 1.5m deep throughout, no shallow end, so bear that in mind if you have non swimming children in your party. The grounds are well maintained, and the pool cleaned regularly. A lovely property, would certainly book here again.

La casa es estupenda, con detalles que te hacen sentir muy cómodo. Nos facilitaron incluso sombrilla y sillas para la playa. Además la bienvenida fue espectacular, Esperanza y su marido nos dejaron agua fresca, panecillos, queso, jamón e incluso una botella de vino. Durante la estancia ha habido una ola de calor por lo que hemos agradecido el aire acondicionado en el salón (los de las habitaciones no funcionan demasiado bien pero con el del salón fue suficiente). El único inconveniente es el aparcamiento, la zona está muy concurrida, pero al final, si te alejas un poco siempre se encuentra algún sitio. Sin duda repetiremos.

Gut ausgestatteter Bungalow

Der Bungalow ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht vorhanden. Von der Waschmaschine bis zum Bügeleisen, vom Microgrill bis zum E-Ofen ist alles da. Der Bungalow ist tipp top sauber. Das Vermieterehepaar sind sehr nette liebe Leute. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein schöner Urlaub über Weihnachten und Silvester.

Mooie en modern ingerichte bungalow

De bungalow is van alle gemakken voorzien, mooi en modern ingericht. Er is een klein gemeenschappelijk zwembad waar je rustig ligt (weinig andere gasten in januari). Naar de duinen en het strand is het zo’n 25 minuten lopen. Rustige buurt met een aantal bushaltes in de buurt. 2 Supermarkten op loopafstand. Genoten van een zonovergoten vakantie in december/januari (23 graden).

Een geweldig appartement, erg compleet en zeer verzorgd en netjes. Ligging is ietwat afgelegen

We zijn heel gastvrij ontvangen, nooit eerder zo’n geweldige ontvangst meegemaakt, super aardige verhuurders waar je met alle vragen terecht kon envanecido reageerden op app.

Lovely owners who went out of there way to meet us on arrival even though it was getting on for midnight due to our flight being delayed. The bungalow was excellently equipped with everything you could require and also immaculately clean throughout, great quality beds and bedding. Overall faultless and will be looking to return again . Sehr schöner und sehr gut ausgestatteter Bungalow

Die Lage war für uns optimal, da es bis zur Strandpromenade in Playa del Ingles und zum Leuchtturm etwa gleich weit ist und man durchaus zu Fuß gehen kann (30-45 Min). Restaurants und Supermärkte sind nicht weit. Der Supermarkt Unide ist neu und gleich um die Ecke. Der Bungalow ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wenn mal was nicht geht, wird es gleich repariert. Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt und wird regelmäßig gepflegt. Der Pool ist sauber. Von den sieben Bunglows waren im Schnitt nur drei belegt. Wem der Verkehr auf den beiden angrenzenden Straßen nicht stört, für den ist der Bungalow uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Geweldige bungalow

Bungalow uitstekend, alles er op en er aan, je kunt het niet verzinnen of het was aanwezig, van aardappelschil mesje tot tafelgril.Zeer ruime bungalow, met fijn zwembad, waar het zeer rustig was.Er zijn 7 bungalows op dit parkje dus nooit geen gevecht voor een bedje. Enige nadeel was de doorgaande weg waar overdag best veel verkeer over heen gaat. Maar het weer maakt dat ruimschoots goed. De eigenaren waren ook heel aardig en zeer behulpzaam als er problemen waren. Wij zijn er zeven weken geweest conclusie, deze bungalow is een aanrader.

Unglaublich gemütliches Bungalow mit allen Annehmlichkeiten.

Schon beim eintreten war ich von dem mediterranen Flair beeindruckt, den Dekorationen und Bildern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, Mixer, Mikrowelle mit Herdfunktion, sogar eine Küchenmaschine war da sowie eine elektrische Zitrus/Orangenpresse. Ich habe mich sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Matratze war vorzüglich und ich schlief wie ein Engel. Das WLAN funktionierte tadellos ohne jedwede Unterbrechung oder Störung. Den Pool hatte ich während der 4 Wochen meistens für mich alleine, da die wenigen anderen Bungalows selten belegt waren zu der Zeit. Es ist sehr familiär dort und ruhig, genial auch für Familien mit Kindern, da der Pool mit einer Glaswand abgesichert ist, sodass kleinere Kinder auch mal ein paar Minuten unbeaufsichtigt draußen vor dem Bungalow spielen können. Genau gegenüber ist die Bushaltestelle "Vista Flor" und nur 5 Minuten fußläufig "Ocean Park", so kommt man ohne Probleme von hier an jeden Ort. 10 Minuten entfernt ist ein HiperDino Supermarkt im Faro2 Shoppingcenter (leider sind bis auf wenige Restaurants dort alle Läden geschlossen und es wird wohl irgendwann dem Abriss anheim fallen) wo man für akzeptable Preise alles für Haushalt und Küche bekommt. Ein Taxi zu den großen (und günstigeren) Supermärkten Mercadona oder Lidl in San Fernando kostet ca. 4 €, ist also sehr erschwinglich. Die Lage des Bungalow fand ich auch deshalb so schön, weil es viel ruhiger und viel grüner ist als oben in Playa del Ingles und nicht selten trafen sich dort kanarische Familien und Cliquen in Bungalows in der Umgebung und sangen herzhaft und diskutierten lebhaft , was mir das Gefühl gegeben hatte eben in Spanien zu sein, was man oben in Playa del Ingles eben nie hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und tadellos. Alles in allem kann ich das Bungalow nur mehr als empfehlen und ich komme mit Sicherheit wieder.
