Excellent Property

Close to downtown. Store and restaurants close. Busses and metro close. The house is adorable and nicely stocked. The stairs may be a concern for some. I’m 78 and didn’t have a problem. There is a hide a bed downstairs if necessary. The hosts are wonderful and very accommodating. Love this place

Trip to advocate!

Our multi generational family really enjoyed this house! It in super conveniently located and had all the amenities we needed. I would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Beautiful, Clean Home!

The house is located in a great neighborhood, close to shopping, a coffee house, and the Capitol. The house had plenty of room, was immaculate and well-cared for. The owner was very responsive and communicated with us regularly. There was a nice sitting area outside in the back and very little street noise. The beds were comfortable and the house was well-stocked with plenty of toiletries and cooking utensils. Free parking was provided out-front with plenty of spaces available. I would highly recommend this property! If I travel to DC again, I will most certainly be booking this property.

Lovely home in a great neighborhood

Clean, well appointed, lovely home in a really fun neighborhood that is both peaceful and has lots of things in walking distance. Perfect place to meet my college age son and his friend for a weekend visit. We will be very happy to stay here again.
