Great property, amazing location and extremely responsive host. The property does not have a living room as some reviews state and it’s good to know that going in. Walking distance to tons of key sites, restaurants, and even a great playground and splashpad. Right near the metro if you need to go further. We loved this property and would absolutely stay here again!

This was our 1st visit to Washington and our 1st time using Vrbo. The entire process from choosing the property to co.pleting our stay was seamless.We were a party of 3 adults and 3 children. This property was perfect. The children especially enjoyed having their own space downstairs and the adults appreciated that as well. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was excellent with communication even provided some complimentary snacks and coffee.The location was excellent! Just a few blocks from the metro and lots of nearby dining options. We would definitely recommend this location!

Had a great time in DC. The property was clean and check in was easy. The host answered questions quickly. There are 2 Metro stations within a few minutes walk. Would absolutely stay here again if we return to DC.

We had a great experience staying at the home. A few things needed to be fixed, but not that important to us. We were disappointed that there was not a general area to all relax the day a storm came thru and we spent the day inside. Location was close to the metro and grocery.

Do not book here. We had reserved a weekend in August, three months in advance for a family gathering in the area. When we got to the property at 3pm, it had not been cleaned. Beds were unmade and obviously slept in. Bathrooms were not cleaned. I reached out to the host by messaging and phone. It took a long time for her to respond back. She messaged that she had to wait until 5 o’clock to do anything because she was still at work.She would not call me back, even though I asked her to do so. She asked me to send her photos which I did. I was hoping we could work something out. I was considering cleaning the place and washing the sheets myself but obviously would want a concession from her because of this. At about 5:30 PM she said she could not get cleaners to the property and since she was not local, she could not help us. She said she would just have to cancel the reservation. 6 adults were totally left a lurch with nowhere to stay. We ended up having to book 3 rooms in a hotel that was miles away. We had no access to the kitchen amenities that we needed. Terrible experience.

Slight delay in communication after I emailed host. Also the front door access was not accurately stated and we had trouble getting in. Lots of WiFi interruptions on the tv and there isn’t a great communal space for TV/movie watching but overall a nice place.

The check-in process was easy to follow. The kitchen includes everything you need. It is located in a safe neighborhood and at a walking distance from the National Mall.

Exceeded Expectations

The property was in a perfect location to tour the DC area. The property owner was fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Capitol Hill area.
